    Cheers techhead, but couldnt find the OSF listed on O2 drop down menus :( have tried texting ACTIVE to 2020 as well, but got a message back saying phone cust services, which I did, but they couldnt help either

    Apologies for changing thread title, didnt want to open several (or more) posts about single issues I find with my new phone

    How old is the sim and did you get 3G with it on your previous phone ? Also is data enabled on the phone settings/wireless/network.

    You just add the issues onto the end of this thread. As I said in my post, you use the settings for a another Android device. Just type them in and away you go.
