Groupon - Anyone else had poor customer service?

I booked this through Groupon and like others I struggled to contact the hotel.

I also now need to cancel the booking which the Hotel are very willing to do but seemingly Groupon will not reply to my emails. There is also no phone number.

Does anyone have the phone number????

It's put me in a bad situation at Christmas as I am now well into my overdraft which I wouldn't be if they could pull their fingers out and refund me......shoddy service indeed!!

Like many of you I bought a deal from Groupon as a gift however after the arrival of the voucher I stumbled across the adverse comments on this site regarding Pearl and immediately cancelled the voucher with Groupon in their prescribed manner. All I have received so far are automated responses but no refund of my money. My advice is STAY AWAY FROM GROUPON:mad:

Congratulations on your success with Groupon, I however am still not making any progress in retrieving my money for a cancelled voucher but will continue trying even into the small claims court if necessary.

The freephone number you quote has now been removed and superceded with 0844 3445719 which will cost loadsofmoney to ring.

I hope you paid with a credit card? I got nowhere with Groupon until I raised a dispute with my CC provider, when I got a refund immediately.
