There aren't many flats that sell for over £400k in that street, though granted some of them that sold are likely to be 1 bedroom properties or 2 beds without a garden.

Please will someone tell me why there is a pair of wellies in the back garden that has virtually no grass or soil?
Jowo, it gets worse: that "garden" is not at the rear of the property, it's at the front. According to the floor-plan there is no access to the rear of the property, just windows to it from the kitchen area. Which is why the bedroom at the rear with no window necessitates all of those glass bricks.
Actually, that's not true, both bedrooms have windows to the front, overlooking said "courtyard"0 -

That's a shame because when I looked at the satellite view of that property, it has a lovely long garden at the back so I assumed their expensive property had some of it.
Mary Portas, with all her customer friendly savvy, could not shift that property at that price, could she?
In fact, with her honesty policy, she'd have to tell viewers that there is a better property in the same street, similar size but with their own rear garden, for 70k less and that as it hasn't sold for 4 months, they'd be well knocking another 20 or 30k off their offer.0 -
Erm, I'm not sure that even if the agents truly had an honesty policy, they would feel compelled to tell prospective purchasers that there's a better and cheaper property up the street.
I expect that the lovely, long garden most probably belongs to the ground-floor flat. Lucky beggars!0
