Plus.net Rep

As i can not get through to your call centre and i have been trying since 3.45pm, i thought i would try on here. I've been kept waiting 65 minutes to speak to a rep on one call and your cancellation department shut up at the handy time of 5.30pm, just as people are coming back from work.
Anyhow, recent events have swayed my head with Plus.net, a company i've raved about but i'm close to snapping.
I requested my account to be frozen while i moved house sometime in December, this wasn't an issue and the gentlemen made life very easy. Early January i requested my broadband and phone account to be reactivated, i was told that Plus.net no longer do the 80gb option(old contract), but i could take the 60gb tarrif, which i accepted. Today i get an email, suggesting i top up my tarrif as i'm running out of usage allowance, i then find i've been put on the 10gb package (I'd use this in a week). I then tried to change my product via your website to the 60gb and was told it wouldnt go through till my next billing date on the 28th Feb and that i need to top up £5 for every 5gb and aboslute rip off, considering i verbally agreed to the 60gb package and my account history will show i've always taken out the premium package.
There is not a chance i will be forking out large sums to keep my internet going another 3 weeks, if this cant be resolved, where i go on the tarrif i asked for (Immediatly) then i have no other option but to leave for good.

account changes normally do go through on the billing date, though hopefully someone will be able to sort this for you.
I poked someone on the PN community forums so hopefully someone will pick this up.Ever stop to think and forget to start again?0 -
They don't seem too bothered about following up complaints here, but don't like them on this forum:

Lots of complaints about being unable to get through to them there. A rep does post there though, so you might get a better response if you try there.0 -
Hi there,
Sorry to hear of the problems you've had so far, let me know a ticket ID on your account and I'll get someone looking in to it for you.

I cant get a ticket i.d. as i've asked 3 questions, what a joke. I haven't asked 3 questions, they have been automated questions due to some dial up issue i was unaware off.
I'll PM you my details now Chris.0 -

Are there any recent examples of this? If you can point me towards them I'll ensure they *do* get picked up by the team.

Hi Fozastuta,
I've changed your account type for you now - you're on the Extra product as requested and there's no change to your billing date. That's upped your usage to 60GB for the month during peak time
Hope that helps,

Isn't it refreshing to find a company that can be bothered doing this for themselves?!!!⚠ 2014 - COUNTDOWN TO INDEPENDENCE ⚠0
