plusnets poor service

I have been trying to get through to Plusnet support team to inform them I am changing broadband providers. The only time I can attempt it was Friday, they are only open until 5.30pm.
So I telephoned at 5pm, waiting time 20 mins. After 15 mins their phone system cut me off. I tried again, waiting time 15 mins after 11 mins cut me off. There is no use selling cheaper broadband if you can't get through to the SUPPORT team???

If you are wanting a MAC to leave Plusnet you can request it by post. Since their call waiting times are apparently very high at the moment I would try that approach.0

7. How do I get a key?
You can either:- Call our Customer Options Team on: 0845 140 6002. Lines are open between 9.00am-5.30pm on weekdays (except Bank Holidays).
- Write to us at:
Plusnet Plc, Internet House, 2 Tenter Street, Sheffield, S1 4BYWe'll then make sure that within 5 working days there's a Question on your account containing:- Your MAC Key
- How long you can use the key to move to a new provider
- Which broadband service the key will let you move

Sorry about that. Unfortunately those are the only ways of requesting a MAC key, though the team are usually busiest on Mondays so I'd avoid calling then. Early afternoon is usually the best time to call up.
