Price is trapped between support (132) and resistance (150).
A weekly close above 150 would have been better.
    At moment, again downtrend.

    Today, red candle.
    Support 132 is very close.

Remember this is all IMHO and you should do your own research and be very happy before putting any money into any investment.

Just cashed out of PYC (left with 3 1/5ths of the shares which are all gravey now regardless I got a 12% return on capital in 12 months + the shares left over) so have a little to reinvest.

I have a lot of shares I look at but most are outside my investable range.

However Tesco does keep hovering around £4 a share this is cheap compared to Sainsbury which keeps hovering around £3.90. At one point last week these two reached parity at around £3.92. madness. Both Tesco and Sainsburys are good divi plays if that is what you are after and I think Tesco has a reasonable growth prospect.

A couple of weeks ago I was dragged into a G Casino by a friend first time ever and apart from walking away with a tidy profit from the evening I was struck at the amount of money changing hands and how many chips lose v how many win. Did a bit of research on who owned it and was suprised to find it was The Rank Group a business i dismissed as dying (old bingo operator) but with the casino's I think they have the bingo halls of the future. One to keep any eye on and if it gets sub £1.20 well worth a punt. It is a cash business which is in a strong position to come out the otherside of recession in good condition.

If penny shares are what you want and are looking long term PYC ADH BIOM NXS PXS all still good gambles in my view.

Please be aware though as we speak the only share listed above I do not have a holding in is Rank.
I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.
