Lovely striped mugs 10p in Tesco - were £3.50 for 2

I managed to get one of the blue ones in the OP's picture in first post, it was all on its own on the shelf. No prices on shelf and scanner would not scan so when I was at CS I asked her to check the prices the blue one came up at 10p and she said I thought we had removed all the 10p ones!!!! she did give it me back and when she checked a striped one I took as well it was full price so I left that one. Thanks OP for the picture or I would never have known which one to try.

Hi what was the brown one like that you got as i noticed today there were brown striped horizontal ones (same as first post) in different shades but i scanned both and they were full price. If these are going thru at 10p i'll keep checking, i got another 14 in total from 2 diff stores today so there are still some about.

Yes the brown one was the same style as in the original post. (2 tone brown with narrow orange stripe) the label calls it Sailor Stripe Neutral. Hope this helps. Happy hunting!

There is a lovely brown one with different shades of brown/tan/cream like the one in OP picture but this is colour code Taupe, this is full price. Its the one decribed as neutral as NEwYork Number 1 fan explains it that is 10p .

I manaed to get 2 of the horizontal stripped blue ones today and another sailor stripe blue one too, bringing my total up to 16! Was on way back from sheffield and passing tescos in glossop so thought I may as well pop in and have a look haha

I think Im addicted!

Ah yeah i've got those ones - the ones i want that i saw today are darkbrown, beige & cream and very very nice - everything i have is brown so these would've gone in my kitchen perfectly. oh well.

Look at my post #59 - there's pic on there - the blue striped are also available in a red stripe and they have a stick on 2 for £2

Grrr I still haven't come across any of these, despite going in Tesco's about 3-4 times a week!! (not just for that!!!) I must look like a loon taking them all off the hangers and scanning them, every single one comes up at £1.53!

I have picked up a few of these now, mainly the red vertical stripe ones. They do keep getting stock in as first time around I only managed to get two in one store another had none. Both have since re-stocked.
