Checked my local store tonight and there weren't any stripy mugs to be seen, but there was a gap on the shelf with a 10p SEL for a mug described as 'pink spot mug' - hope you can find them!

Found some more 10p mugs today - 2 blue striped from the original ones, 2 bluey/green striped same style as the pink ones pictures (these are new and wasn't aware they were a part of the glitch until i scanned them) and 2 pink spotted one - note with these there are 2 types of pink spotted ones - same design, one lot are mainly white with pink spots these are not 10p, but the same design which are mostly dark pink with pink spots - these are the 10p ones. Pics to follow in a bit when i can get photobucket to work.

I got these pink spot ones and also an olive/blue spot well before Christmas also at 10p, but I'm sure it was posted on here so I didn't re-post. I've managed to chip two of the olive, so that's why I replaced them with the brown sailor type last week. I don't mind replacing them when they only cost pence, and the replacement is also only pence.

Yay! Managed to get 3 horizontal striped mugs at 10p each in my local Newbury Extra store. Pink , blue and a brown. However the black was still going through the till at usual price. Not bad for the start of my son's Uni shopping list plus spares to break!
