Just out of interest Bully - do you always give your telephone number for competitions?? I don't usually give mine because I assumed they would just contact me by email (but maybe i'm missing out on some good prizes :p)

Wow - I'm finally up to date with these posts!! Phew.
I always give correct info that is requested...always genuine details, my DOB and always give home phone number as I'm not a mobile phone person...mine is never charged...usually charge it if I want to risk 10p spend on a text comp( very rare )

If I do enter via MSE then I do thank the poster...and if I win via a post on MSE then I always thank the poster too...I have seen posts that say that MSE comps are easier to follow,re closing dates etc...but I've never been that organised

That is such an inspiring post bullshot.

I am new to all this comping it started with the barclaycard comp which led me to the regular comp thread which I never knew existed so I just do the dailys which includes the current velvet comp this is all THANKS to the posts on here. I am happy with all my wins so far & love hearing other people have great wins because you know that before they got that great win there were many others entered they did not win.

Bloody squirrels...Got me at it now....

Re: Comping.... Nice to hear about Bullshots serious wins. This is something I got into about 12 months ago and have done ok out of, although nothing on that scale, but I tend not to enter the big prize ones. Since xmas I've had about 8 wins, tickets, books and most recently a chocolate orange pudding. This all came about thru a mate making a casual comment on facebook and me having the time to give it a go.
If anyone has the time I'd suggest giving it a go, at either of the previously mentioned sites or at loquax, a specific compers site. Also Tickbox, which offers cash or voucher prizes for surveys.

I hadn't heard of this site, I've had a look it seems pretty good, I'll have to register, have you had much success on it?
