1 onion(slice thinly), 1/2 bottle or 1 can of pataks curry sauce (do not add any water), 2 capsicum slice into thin strips (red colour), any meat cut into strips.
1 packet of wraps.
stir fry onion + 3 tbsp veg oil until soft, mix in your meat & capsicums cook for 5 mins - pour curry sauce & cook until meat & capsicum are cooked. Add salt & sugar to taste.
Heat up your wraps - scoop your ingredient share equally on each wrap before that get OH to go to chip shop & buy chips:D & voila - your dinner is done;)
Thanks Dr Who that sounds simple & delicious:)

About 9 years ago I went to hear a woman give a talk about competitions...my jaw dropped after listening to her for 10 minutes and my chin was on my chest for the rest of the evening..opened mouth gawping ....she told how she had won 11 ( yes 11) round the world cruises and won just about every piece of kitchen equipment known to man plus a new kitchen to put them in, she had bikes, luggage, etc..etc..she said what I said at the beginning of my post...enjoy comping and be happy when other people win and try and encourage others to enter...karma...what goes round comes round....she was my age , ie what I am now...and I thought if she can do that at her age , then why can't I?My first wins were small, books Cd's and I was thrilled with them, then I joined a radio comp group and won amazing prizes..lost count of the number of holidays, around 15 I think...quite a lot worth £5000,including cash spends.I won a lot of cash too during the good old days of TV Quizzes, I joined a forum and won loads and loads..I won £7000 cash in 1 year alone...all the time I was doing the odd radio comp, these were free to enter then, winning a fair amount of cash on these too...I kept up my internet comping and entered every comp I could for books...my first love and fave prize...but then other wins started to come in...I have always used my real name and age and a proper internet address, a specific comping email addy but with my ISP, not a Hotmail or Gmail one...I used to keep a folder of my wins , but it got too big and I worked out a couple or years ago they totalled over £55,000...now they must be around £60,000...won around £1000 worth of stuff since just before Xmas....I do Daily Comps here on MSE....not all of them , just the ones I would like to win, takes me around 30 mins a day...some I've done everyday and never won on, some I have entered just once and won...sods law !!!I check out the comps on UK HotDeals when I can and do a couple of pages of those, about another 30 minutes...Roboform is the best thing since sliced bread, I only have the free version....I only enter for things I would like to win for myself or things to give as presents...if the prize is def male orientated then I use hubbies email addy.....I do get spam but only to my comping email addy , so I do have to scan them carefully for the magic word..CONGRATULATIONS...in the subject part of the email....I try and do some of the comps here on MSE don't find it as quick as UK Hotdeals, they seem to be easier to follow for me and I can quickly find the posts for the TV comps on there...ie Dickinsons Real Deal/Daybreak/this Morning etc.......by the way after my first major win, my daughter listened to me for a change and won a car ....I have not won a car yet!!!I did win a holiday for her and her hubby and my grandchildren , 2 weeks in the Bahamas...I won a £500 Xmas Hamper in that comp and the holiday for her...that Xmas I won 5 hampers !!! Honest!!...you must enjoy comping, do not emabark on it if you are mean spirited.... go for it peeps....good luck vibes for those that take up the gauntlet....looking forward to seeing some posts re your wins very soon....0 -

Great post bullshot
I've always entered comps, although I've not done as well as you.
People always say to me, aww you're just so lucky, and I always say back to them "do you enter comps" when they say no (which they always do), I say thats why you haven't been lucky.
I got the bug from my mum, she won a trip on concorde!! that was definately a WOW moment.
You've got to be in it to win it as they say.Don't wait for your ship to come in, swim out to it.0 -
I do Daily Comps here on MSE....not all of them , just the ones I would like to win, takes me around 30 mins a day:eek:... UK HotDeals (mostly taken from MSE posts) :DRoboform (yes, me too) is the best thing since sliced bread, I only have the free version....I try and do some of the comps here on MSE don't find it as quick as UK Hotdeals (nah, I still think the mse is faster - UK hot deal is much simpler), they seem to be easier to follow for me ( I agree) and I can quickly find the posts for the TV comps on there...ie Dickinsons Real Deal/Daybreak/this Morning etc....... (don't think I see any of your thank button
{read yr post again - u r talking abt hot uk & me talking abt mse) - thank button has its usefulness - it helps you keep track of which comp & when u did it so that u don't enter twice & get forfeited)
I spend 2 hours!!! everyday:D when I am not here - u can find me there;)RIP my dear dear parent : Mum aged 62 (17/5/1990) & Dad aged 89 (23/1/2012)0 -
wowee Bullshot, that's really inspiring! I've got the comping bug now

thanks for posting this. its very inspiring and like you say you have to enjoy it.
i've not won anything too big myself ,biggest was a £50 phone but it made a lovely xmas prezzy for son who had been nagging me for months about getting a new phone. i only enter for things i want or can use as prezzies like you.
DD seems to win the most though.
just wish i could find the time to enter more though.
good luck to all
 BSI'm hoping this post will inspire some of you...this is how I got into comping...now if this post makes you jealous then you are not a true comper, you just want to win everything yourself and not be pleased for other peeps...a true comper shares their advice and is happy for others...here it is then peeps...
