If it has such a sunny garden why can't we see it?
Oh, hang-on.... Of course, that's where they put all the junk before taking the photos.0 -
Looks to me like "Old, alcoholic and chaotic lifestyle bloke finally pegs it; house for sale."0

I'm thinking that it must be freezing cold in the winter, look where the settee is in relation to the fire in picture 2 !

How about this one that I came across a few weeks ago: http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-31874798.html
Reminds me of that poor old guy's house on A Life of Grime. Shame as it's in a nice area and looks like it could be a decent house.2011: [STRIKE]Houses[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]weddings[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]cats[/STRIKE]

Oh. My. God. Is that a joke??? I mean, why bother to take any photos at all when you can't even make out which room that's meant to be hiding under the rubble?
Loving these. And DH says I'm untidy :rotfl:0 -
All these poorly presented houses are making me feel very smug about my home which I usually feel guilty about!0

Yeah that could be it actually. Alkie hermit with no close friends or family snuffs it. I dread to think what the bathroom looks like since there's no photo of it..0 -

OMG:huh: what is the point??
Same with the other OP house, what estate agent in their right mind thinks 'we'll market this, just as it is, I won't be wasting my time at all'. Really............(shakes head in disbelief)0 -

But the point is that these aren't 'normal' sales and the agents only want to attract those who would take on properties like these. They don't want to waste their time explaining.
One weekend with a skip and you're ready to begin doing them up. I've had worse. (Think fire damage -two weeks till it was as 'clean' as these!)
Also have to say that what we took on in 2009 was a much longer job, but of course there was a large financial incentive. I don't know the areas, but if they are properly priced they'll go. If not, yes, in today's market, someone will be wasting their time.0
