This must take the award for the WORST presented house ever
I'd love to know the background. Nightmare tenants that have just been kicked out? Reposession? Surely you'd tidy up a little before putting it on the market???

It is amusing though - sometimes the EA's say - "needs some renovation". On a closer look there appears to be damp around the window and wall in the 'front room' - could be a bargain for someone :money:willing to do some hard work.
Usually the LL if it is one that is selling, will get a deep clean done before the next tenants or if they are selling. Looks like they couldn't be bothered. Get a skip, I say. :eek:0 -
