So. talktalks explanation is all accounts were transfered over, and in an effort to close the dormant accounts on the new system a zero bill was generated and no money taken.

i still dont no if money will be taken from my account ....talk talk rep on phone was rude and unhelpfull but did say my bill would be passed on to a supervisore to be canceld ,we will see after the 17th ....on the other hand my bank has been great and will sort something out if any money is taken ...fingers crossed it wont go that far ...ill keep you updated0
