teabagger you really are obnoxious about students getting ema why begrudge kids getting education and getting a little help while their at it. im sure some of the students feel great that you call them scroungers. then again i dont feel bitter that i pay a mortgage at 5%interest while students get cheap loans thats life dont be bitter.

Students get cheap loans to pay for living expenses whilst studying. After they have finished studying, they get themselves a job. Once they have a job they get a mortgage and pay interest just like everyone else. I think your point is rather flawed.

Students living expenses usually exceed the loan amount anyway and it all must be paid back. It is not free money like EMA.

teabagger - unfortunately life is full of unfairness.......

you have to accpet that some people are able to get more free stuff/money than others..... is it the fault of the people who claim and get extra money...... yes there are a few that abuse the system, but if the system was fair and realiable then 1) people wouldnt do it, 2) people couldnt do it

it annoys me that some people are able to play the benefits system, but i am fortunate to be in a well enough paid job (although there is always too much month at the end of my money) and therefore cannot claim anything, so i cant afford to give money hand over fist to my 3 dd's, but i wont see them go without.
getting something for nothing in this case isnt wrong...... in the case of the able bodied person being on dole money for years is......

but life is full of weird and !!!!!! decisions
smile --- it makes people wonder what you are up to.... ;)

I remember once I was off for a week because I had an epileptic seizure and I had already taken 1 day off before and we were only allowed four days off per term as sickness. As I was off for the whole week (at the time was four days studying) I was turned down as it was shown as 5 days off sick. I was in Hospital so could not get up and go in. I appealed and ultimately won the case :-)
