    erm stupid question alert.....

I bought the dressed crabs from M&S.....question - do we eat them as they are? Cant see any cooking instructions!

Never had crab btw so not sure how its meant to come!

Not a daft question! :) we had those to start too, they were gorgeous! you just serve them as they are, as they are ready to eat and dressed, just added a squeeze of lemon, enjoy!

I wish we'd gone for the steak, it looked lovely but my hubby chose the chicken - which was really NOT nice at all, we had it last night. Firstly, way too much cheese - I'm not a great fan of cheese with chicken - but also the chicken had a really weird texture. Yuk. Feel a bit let down as we were really looking forward to the meal!! That said, I couldn't fault the breaded camembert, chunky chips or souffle, they were yummy!!

hate to tell you this, but the steak was amazing! I was kicking myself that I hadnt bought a 2nd meal deal at the price it was - its the sauce that does it, was fantastic! am so sorry to hear the chicken wasnt so nice for you *hugs* x

  • am trying to stay away from town! fair bit of the offer food is sold there anyway so am guessing some of it will go back onto the shelves at its normal price, but its worth checking if anyone is going past!
  • Was no mains left in our M&S by about 4pm yesterday, lots of customers not impressed.
