Good Morning All
I am posting from work, have not had a chance to get on since Monday when I was off, I am now working full time, (trying to get extra pennies for Vegas in April) so by the time all the night time stuff is done and kiddies are in bed, I just want to flop and chill for a while!!
I have been doing bits here and there but need to get a rocket up my bum between tonight and tomorrow, I am not spending the weekend doing housework, I want to decorate my bedroom instead!!!
Hope you are all well, I have not had a chance to read back yet, will try browsing a bit during work today.
Special love and hugs as always to Lady-L, Toots x

Today though is listings day! We do a gig listings mag and i'm going to be staring cross-eyed at a screen all day doing the listings / ads. Then checking to make sure I haven't cocked it up a minor detail (I didn't used to have to check, bah:cool:). Then waiting for the lateys to get theirs in before print deadline. I'm hoping to get most done today/tonight...just checked on Thursday's list - when I did the bedroom yesterday I kept pottering with the vacuum and did the stairs - is it wrong to feel as smug as I do right now - I'm ahead!!! Yay
Me too :rotfl:- can't get over walking through the living room with no crap in it (a bit unnerving tbh) to the kitchen with no piles of festering pots. I'm hoping that it continues. Red hat or red shoes, I think it comes from the part of the country you come from, I avoid wearing anything red - just in case:rotfl:
I had an auntie who never wore knickers:eek: but then I never saw her wear anything red either:rotfl:
Just a bit left to do on the bathroom list for today, will be easy peasy at lunch time, I don't have a study, DH has an office as he WFH, but I am not going near that, if there are any dead bodies, that will be where they are:rotfl:
echo feeling smug and amazed, to be able to walk into a bathroom, living room and kitchen that is clean and tidy and the bedroom will be the same in a few days:j wow.
I have a sneaky feeling that I may not be the only one using the toilet brush as well:eek:Sue
Do I need to eat it
Can I afford the calories:eek:
have I checked for a lower calorie version:T0 -
I have taught DS1 how to get a docs appt. the day you want one (ask for home visit
) So he is there at 11:30am.
I am at solicitors at 11am
Freja is fed, dressed, sicked on OH so he is changed too lol.. He won't be told waving babies about makes them spew! I think she has done a stink though so I'll scuttle off to get dressed and he can deal with that too heehee..
I still have mountains of laundry to get throughand the sky is leaking!! Cats are therefore running all over the house attacking each other, themselves, the stairs and te curtains. Peaches is attacking the kitchen chairs and the wash baskets.. she is not very intelligent.
DS1 sent for milk, I realised my cuppa was so weak because I had forgotten to add a teabag and the rodents had guzzled all the milk this morning... gggrrrrr
Tiddles new shoes are hurting her, they are just so stiff, I sent a note in to her teacher asking if she might be allowed to take them off while they are just sitting but she must have them on for walking.. or if they are really bad she may wear her trainers for a short while.
Best get me dressed...
HHC 10-10:30 anyone??
I need to get dressed, load appliances, fill a binbag, clean loo's, and a million other menial thingsLB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
