Did quite a lot before taking DS to nursery......off to hoover now, while DS out (he hates hoover) and then some knitting me thinks .

Morning everyone. Had a bit of a late start this morning after a fretful sleep. I still can't believe it that Diva is no longer with us..it just doesn't seem real. I half expect her to bounce onto the thread with her purple chattiness. There will be another :A amongst the stars tonight. Sort of puts life into perspective, I for one shall be grateful for what I have and try not to whinge too much about BD's, bad days, vertigo, husbands etc..

I would also like to do my own pledge to get dressed before 10.00 every morning and shall do this in honour of Diva, as I know she would be horrified to know I was still slopping around in pj's mid morning.

Macpep I'll join you in the 10.00 HHC
And on that note I should jump in the shower pretty sharpish..

4. If you are able/weather permitting go do your necessary garden jobs.

Just a thought re the purple list in memory of Diva...there seems to be more than one list now (see below).
I added my name to the last one I saw but I now see one further down and my name, and some others, are no longer there so presumably someone picked up an earlier list and some of our names were not on it .

Any suggestions how to avoid this, or does it not matter ? (I was just not happy to see a good few of us who had added ourselves on appeared to be chopped off, I think this happened just after toochoosey's post on p2!)

Or should we forget the list and just add our own name to the pledge- and maybe someone could pick all the names up (I would happily do it if they were all easy to see ?). Maybe I am over analysing .

After reading the sad news about DIVA I feel I must apologise for my pitiful last post. In honour of Diva I now pledge to be thankful for the people I have in my life and try to live my life regret free. Lifes too short and very precious.

WM did the woollens last night and I've hung them on airer to dry. Tonight I'll put the sofa covers in on a cool quick wash (I have been giving them a wipe with a damp cloth but they really are in need of a good wash). Then hang them on airer overnight before hanging them on washing line tomorrow (weather supposed to be good so they should dry)!

Have also bagged up all the non-maternity clothes from the wardrobe that no longer fit me (DH nearly put his back out carrying it all into the attic bedroom). Also filled two binbags with clothes that I no longer love and that are not good enough to give to charity shop.
