Dialaphone cashback redemption

I bought a phone from Dialaphone on cashback redemption, and the connection date was 19th August. My first £40 redemption after 6 months is coming up, do i send the bill dated around 19th February
or the 6th bill, which would be 26th January ( 1st bill was a week after connection 26 August )

Also i read somewhere that you have to send a redemption voucher with your bill! is this true as i never received any?

And finally, i intend to send the bill by recorded delivery, but again i thought i read somewhere that you can e-mail them the bill, is this correct?

I ask these questions because the Dialaphone site link for redemption does'nt seem to work.

Thanks
Andy

No kidding! Why order a cashback deal with ifs buts and maybe's and wait until you're getting ready to make your first claim before asking such questions?

It's a bit late now, but YES, you DO need a claim form - which they should have sent you MONTHS ago. No, you cannot submit a claim by email. As for the rest - their t&c are now so vague, hidden and uncertain that I refuse to order from them any more.

I suggest you contact them urgently to answer all those questions and see if they will send you a claim form so late in the day. Without proper t&c you've laid yourself wide open and will also find it difficult to sue if needbe.

Others be warned - whichever dealer you use on a cashback deal research and follow the groundrules - number one being know exactly how it all works, the t&c etc and cover yourself from the point of order!

claim form is not a concept of DAP.

to find out which bill you need to send just login to your account then navigate through
Help & Information --> Refunds, Redemption/Cashback > Questions about Redemptions and Cashback
    then click on claim schedule

It gives you a 90 days window to claim and I can confirm no vouchers is needed to claim back.
