Just logged on so not read the thread yet, I will go back shortly and catch up.
Very sad news about Moneysaving Diva, my thoughts are with her family.
Not had the best start to the day, my Mum was mugged this morning, on the way home from Mass, and very close to home. The thug knocked her to the ground and pulled her bag, which she wears cross her body, the bag strap eventually gave way and he ran off with it, her purse and bank cards included. Luckily she had her keys in her pocket. She screamed and no one came to help, she does not remember how she got home and is now very shaken, she actually said, "I thought he was going to choke me". We cancelled her Bank card and then I rang the Gardai who came to take her statement.......5 hours later....it makes me mad how low a priority something like this is now in our society.
Not much OS now, althought I did a small Tesco shop very early this morning and put the WM on, so now need to pack away the shopping, and empty the WM. Dinner will be chicken stir fry and noodles, if I can be bothered.....at this stage, tea and toast would do me.
Hope you are all having better days.Cait, at long last signing on:rotfl:0 -

How terrible for your poor mum, Cait, hope she is OK, shock can be much worse than the actual event, it might be worth keeping a close eye on her for a few days.xxx
Heart broken to hear the sad news about Diva, I shall miss her purple prose and her Sunday songs. xIt's what is inside your head that matters in life - not what's outside your windowEvery worthwhile accomplishment, big or little, has its stages of drudgery and triumph; a beginning, a struggle and a victory. - Ghandi0 -
