Gammon with wholegrain mustard sauce and mash potato:)0

It's got to be a fried egg, chips and peas. Predictable I know, but still the best was to eat gammon. Eggs work beautifully with salty stuff.0

Wow, thanks for all the replies! It's a ready to roast gammon joint so I think I'll do sauted potatoes, cabbage, carrots and parsley sauce... sound alright? This way I can have a piece of fish and still have everything else the same, as I don't like meat much!
And Zippychick, I did waatch Gino cooking naked, didn't even notice what he was cooking though!0 -
Sounds good to me - address please? I'll get there by the time its cooked0

I like gammon with mashed potatoes and sweetcorn. The mash and corn have to be mixed together though. And I always have a fried egg on a gammon steak, no egg if it's a gammon joint.0

I'm attempting the slow cook coke and pork on Friday, but just wondered what I should cook with it.
My kids don't seem to like potato (except in chip form!)
I will cook some veg with it, like peas or something.Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010
