    Hey everyone

I love reading all the names, its great to see what everyone likes/doesnt like.

I rang my doctors today as I didnt know what I was supposed to do from now...apparently I need to go and see them and take a water sample for them, can you imagine if they tested it and it said I wasnt?!

Anyway, went to asda for my food shop and stopped at the pharmacy in there to ask for a sample pot...50p!! For some reason I thought they were free! :o

I dont feel any different really at the mo, but I am only 5 weeks...I hope I dont go off food though, I love it waaaayyy too much!!!

Hey ladies, sorry I have been AWOL lately, I just can't hack this nausea and hunger lark. It's draining me! Im hungry all day long to the point where I can't stomach food if I leave it too long. I'm currently off work coz I just can't handle my commute and am so drained. I shunt moan as I know it's all good signs the baby is growing but it's taking it's toll :(

I also am addicted to toast and ginger nuts particularly at 2am

Hope everyone else is coping better an I am :( xx

Hi, thanks for the reply. Oooh maybe they will just test for those with me too then.
The lady on the phone said they will then make a refferral to the midwife...:)

Sorry you are feeling worn out :( I'll try and curb my appetite I think, don't want to be the size of a house if I can help it!

Does anyone else have a nickname for their bean?

Friends have had Bertie and Cuthburt which tickle me, we have started to call our bean Elvis :D

Don't know or want to know if our bean is blue or pink until it's birthday but Elvis amused us.

    Evening all!

To the sickie peeps my heart goes out to you. Mine is now much more infrequent (12+1) and I'm starting to regain some energy.

I'm sure you have tried it, but have you tried forcing something small, dry and scent free down - a little and often? Something like a cracker, plain crisps or rice crackers etc. Or if its easier something small but carb laden like a cheese scone?

I know these things aren't super healthy but I'm sure eating something is better than nothing to keep your system ticking over til you feel better - and certainly I felt worse if I left it too long without eating.

    Hope this helps!
