Wowee it's been quiet on here this afternoon!!

Well that was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cannot stop grinning!

The sonographer was incredible, we did an ultra sound and because naughty baby was in a difficult position, we did a vaginal one. He/she was moving around a treat (especially after a prodding from the sonographer and DW!!) - she also made me cough to see if we could get he/she into a better position.

We must have been in there 30 mins, and she pointed everything out! Counted fingers and toes (the picture was incredible and nobody can believe the scan pics I have!) - and showed us the spine and ribs etc... he/she waved at us!

The measured the neck thingy which was 1.7mm (cm maybe?) - I dont remember, but she said it was fine.

And I've been re-dated - 12+4!

Soo I guess I am looking for someone to take over the list! x

My nuchal fold measurements came back at 1.6/1.7mm and this is absolutely fine.

Yeay 2b so glad for your happy news. My scan is a week tomorrow so fingers crossed I come back as excited as you!

Brilliant news 2B
I was wondering if any one had experience of bleeding without it being a mc? I had some very red blood lastnight but only a tiny bit this morning and no pain, still got my PG symptoms so it doesn't feel like my previous mcs but I'm very very very worried. Any advice appreciated.

Lemonmelon - no bleeding for me, but my sister and SIL both had bleeding in early preganancy, and both had happy healthy baby girls. I think they both went and got it checked out at EPU (not a fun place to be, but gets the job done), maybe ring NHS direct for advice?
