Took your advice son and did this on Thursday. Indeed Abbey did not charge and needed my drivers license. Got me a cheque for £5 (felt daft asking for £1!) and posted it to Citibank on Thursday evening... hopefully I should receive something by the end of the week

woohoo! let us know how you go on :beer

  • 2 weeks since i sent my form back and still havent heard

they sent my original documents back, but havent taken the cheque yet

Skint, My cheque wasnt taken until I had got all my account details, Infact I think it only cleared Friday just gone. So I wouldn't worry too much yet.

I would've thought that you would have been told "no" at the same time as sending you back your documents, So as they haven't that can only be a good sign?
