Took your advice son and did this on Thursday. Indeed Abbey did not charge and needed my drivers license. Got me a cheque for £5 (felt daft asking for £1!) and posted it to Citibank on Thursday evening... hopefully I should receive something by the end of the week

Hiya,
After posting off my application form, It took about 5 days to hear from them with my account details, and another two days to receive all my pins and debit card. If you want to make use of the paying in facility at LloydsTSB you will need to use a deposit slip from either a cheque or paying in book. These are not sent out automatically, You must login to your online banking and order them.
