    Hi everyone,

Just thought I'd pop in and see how everyone was doing. I haven't posted on here for ages, in fact not even been on MSE much lately as am mega busy.
I've just had a little look at the list, and I'm at the top  Although I suppose I should be, seeing as I'm 4 days overdue now. Nothing seems to be happening at all, and I've had no twinges at all :(

Hope you are all doing alright x

Morning all - sorry to hear you're hurting PP. I'm touching wood when I am saying this but as yet at 20+3 SPD hasn't started. I'm sure I had it by this stage with DS2 as I saw physio the day after the 20 week scan. DS2 has come out with the pox and is really poorly with it bless him. He's only 3 in August so still quite little really.

Well the second physio referral supposedly went in 6 weeks ago and surprisingly I've heard nothing.. probably because they put it straight in the bin when I left!.. OH said if it was for one of the children I would be yelling down the phone.. which I probably would... but they wouldn't be at 'that' hospital.. and I don't want the belt thing, I can't use crutches due to my wrists and I don't have time, energy or otivation to do 'exercises' which will most likely cause more pain than they solve.. so it is feeling like a waste of time before I even go.

It almost killed me getting in the car earlier (and 5 attempts to get 1 foot on the step) and it took me 30 minutes to walk about 50 yards. I was better when I had the pushchair as a zimmer.

I have managed to sew one of DD2's curtains though.. it took maybe half an hour...:o:o:o:o So worth putting off 1 months :o:o:o:o

Booger... bin night... I'll go fight with those now :(

LittleBit and Madbird labour vibes your way... hope things start to happen soon and go smoothly...

    SDH
must be nice to have a home pool, enjoy and hope the rash clears up quickly!

Kandboys sorry he's still poorly, such a pain and even more so in the heat...

PigPen you said miss baby, so congrats on team pink!

Gizmodo and Mirrorimage thanks for recommendations re: pillow and TENS - seems the 4 pad machines are best, so I will look for those but you seem to need a particular labour TENS and those are all around £40 minimum I think. just hope they are worth it... but I will try anything to reduce pain and be as calm as I can.

Slept a little better last night as changed the pillow I am using for another one, tiny bit firmer but poor OH has now got a very slim one to sleep on as a result... will still check Dunhelm for one I can get thought that suits sleeping and nursing.

Work is getting harder, so glad I finish next week, just need to get through and ensure everyone is up to scratch. However my boss isn't the kind to say 'put your feet up' and ensure I start to relax these last few days, so I will have to carve out my own time to chill. As others have said a walk round the block etc will help, will up mine from once a day to 2 or 3, as this will help.

I had my 32 week scan yesterday... AFI is down from 11cm at 28 weeks to 1-3cm at 32 weeks :( it says in my notes he has 38mm of water around him but normal range for 32 weeks is 86-242mm :( he's way out and I don't understand why this is happening again. So as of yesterday I am back under the disagnosis of Oligohydraminos and I need another scan next week. My BP was up a little at 130/75 but one of my cats sadly passed away yesterday under anaesthetic so I'm not surprised. Thomas himself is still on target, the least he measures is 32 weeks and the most he measures is 33+4. He's kicking a lot (have been told to specifically keep an eye on this) and I need to keep an eye on my discharge as I wiped green mucus in the hospital yesterday.

    Sigh. :(

Yeah.. the one uptairs in the cot.. PMSL.......... She did an almighty poo at 3am so was up then until 4.. and OH got to take her and clean her and play with her.. she has the most awful cough still.. almost 3 weeks now and has taken to ramming her hands down her throat whenever she cough!

The unhatched sprog doesn't move., it didn't move onthe scan either so it isn't that I am not feeling it it literally doesn't move!. that wouldn't wake me up.. though of course, waking me up would assume I was actually asleep in the first place!

32 weeks is a fine time to arrive.. I've had 2 of mine before this and they were 3lb 10 and 4lb 9 and the smaller one was in 3 weeks and the other 1 week.. they had no problems at all.. despite one of them having 2 cardiac arrests...

green mucus is the sign there is cervix movement and it is trying to reform the seal.. the smell is more important!

If he arrives now it is not a problem for him.. you might be a bit unprepared! lol.. He is a good size and will be fine!

Thanks both :) His estimated weight is around 4lbs 15oz... I would like to keep him in until he's at least 6lbs.

As for the cervix thing I did not know that, thanks pigpen :) There's no weird smell so no infection I don't think.

I'm very prepared for him to come now if he wants but I hope he'll at least stay put until 37 weeks xx

    Hi ladies
Sorry for the delay. It's all been a bit of a blur! Everything happened rather quickly on Friday.

    Isobel Grace born 12:32am 11th June 2011, 6lb 9oz. :j

Birth story and pic will follow when I have a bit more energy, still suffering due to horrendous night feeds but thankfully got lots of support. Tbh I think I've been in shock, even though everything was straightforward. Did it with just gas & air thought not necessarily by choice at the end! I was already 6/7cm when we got to hospital - and they'd wanted us to wait!

Congrats to Koala and hopefully madbird is enjoying mummy cuddles too!
