this is my 4th and I'm more nervous this time than I have been before - no idea why! It's ok ... it has to come out one way or another. Your body just knows what to do when you start labouring. xx

This is my 4th too & after watching "one born every minute" i'm cacking myself.

I can't remember it being anywhere near as bad as that although I did last give birth in November 1998. :o

Funny how you forget about all the hassle of pregnancy & pain of childbirth as soon as they pass you your baby. :rotfl:

Good morning ladies! Lots of exciting news, congrats to KM and plenty of vibes to those who are close!!

All ok here apart from a permanent lack of sleep :-( i've got 6 weeks left at work and not entirely sure how I'll manage! Hey ho. Bubs is almost 31 weeks and whilst I hope he's not too early I really hope he's not massively late!

We chose our nursery decor yesterday. DH will hopefully have it done within a couple of weeks. He's got work galore so barely has any time off. Silly really that I'm desperate for it to be done as he'll be in our room but I don't feel ready for his arrival until it's all finished. That and I'm inpatient hee hee!

What do you think of the sensor pads with monitors? We're tempted but wondered if it's a bit OTT? That's one of the last things on the list yet to buy.

With hosp bags how many outfits for bubs are you putting in? We're only a ten min drive from our local hosp so assuming there's no problem and I deliver there it won't take DH long to pop home for extras. I'm hoping we won't be stuck in for long but I understand anything could happen to change that. I was thinking of packing a back up bag for DH to collect if we end up staying longer so it's ready but so we don't take too much to begin with. Any suggestions?

    Sorry for the ramble!

We have one of these, but it was bought for us as a gift. I will use it of course but I am not entirely sure I would have gone out and bought one myself. Thats probably no help what-so-ever :rotfl:

It is Flower, thank you. A relative wants to buy the monitor so I feel I can justify the sensor pad myself if it's considered worthwhile. Decisions decisions!
