The MW said she'd get my scan appointment sent through soon so yay there. (12 week not 20)

Hi delain. Just been lurking and see you havnt got a date yet for your 12 week scan. Just wondering will you be going to Poole hospital? I ask because i just got my 12 week scan date through but i did try to change the scan and i couldnt as they were struggling to fit in so many 12 week scans?

    *Sorry to butt in!*

Because of where I live I automatically fall under Bournemouth, and have had my 12 week scans there usually and community mw locally.

I haven't got an appointment sooner because the community mw's are not here that often and I was late asking for an appointment, because I briefly joined Pigpen with the crocodiles :p

Do you love closer to Poole so that is why your scan is there? Or are you high risk?

I have had all mine at Poole and can't rate it highly enough, though a lot of people have moaned about it online!

ETA Why do you think you are butting in!? If you're 12 weeks you're not far off me I'm 11+3 and I post here all the time! Post away! and you can also feel free to PM me anytime about anything, since I'm familiar with the hospital and local :)

Yep, that one. I deliberately didn't pay full attention to it as I knew I would blub!

Thanks, no i'm not rhesus negative and baby moving fine, I was literally turning the car around and there was a little metal post which I didnt see, apparently its gonna cost about £1800!!! to get fixed, oh and there is no way we are going on holiday now :(

Think i'm just gonna go to bed I cant handle this, just when things where going well :( just wish we never got the car now :( xx

Can't you just pay your excess & claim off your car insurance as that's what it's for.

Men can be so insensitive at times, you would of thought he'd be more worried about you & his unborn child.

(Hugs) hun, try not to feel bad, it was just an accident which is fixable.

Hi all, labour vibes to those in need!

Have been out shopping today and got a bag for little dude's stuff so I have now packed it following the guide list on here. Only thing I dont have is vaseline! So his bag is all ready to go. I need a few more things for mine then that is ready too. Having issues finding a nightie and dressing gown in dark colours :( thought Matalan would have them but nothing, only bright or light colours. Managed to get some leggings and a top for wearing after the birth and the top is like a breastfeeding one so that is good. :D Got a cellular blanket for £3 from Matalan, it said £6 but scanned lower so that was a nice surprise, wanted to go get more lol!

Have realised I dont have enough baby vest things at all! I put 4 in his bag and there is none left in first size  do I need more or can I just use 0-3 months ones anyway as I have those!

Nice to see the scan pics PP, boy or girl? :D

    Hi all,

Can't sleep so thought I'd get up as to let OH sleep properly... am so hungry too...

Koala massive congrats, what great news, wow... just shows how it can happen sooner than expected!

Bella try not to think about it - as PigPen says, if it's cosmetic maybe don't get it fixed and use the money elsewhere. Otherwise try to claim on insurance.

Congrats Koalamummy :ja beautiful name and a good weight for being 3 weeks early!

I cant remember who was saying about dark nighties but i wouldnt worry too much, they all end up in the bin when you get back from hospital anyway, so just go with something cheap thats made out of cotton as hospitals are so blimmin hot!!x
