I can't get anothe MW appointment until the 10th of May, I'll be 12 days over due by then. They don't let you go over 10 days here..I just hope the baby turns up of it's on accord before that.
I don't fancy a sweep tbh, with DS I was due a sweep on the Monday and was so stressed about it i went into labour on the Sat.

 Maybe the same thing would happen again LOL!! I'm not looking forward to it I have to say as I do find internals painful (even my last smear...they always have problems :o) but if it saves me from being induced I'll trying anything!!

Can't believe you are not seeing anyone else now especially so far past your due date, that is really crap!! Maybe they don't expect you to go that far past!!

    Good morning everybody. :D

Hope you are all keeping well and that all of the ladies in bold get the Easter gift they most desire. :).

Pigpen I saw your post from last night and was thinking that maybe accepting the offer of consultant led care may help you as this is what I have and every pregnancy related issue that I have had has been dealt with within a matter of hours including physio...probably because nobody is ever brave enough to say no to them! :rotfl:

Am dreading tackling upstairs today as I am currently walking like the scarecrow from The Wizard of Oz after yesterdays efforts but needs must and all that. :o
  • Cikey.........i'm now 12th after the boldies  It doesn't seem that long ago that it was a milestone for me getting in to the top 50 :rotfl:
TBH though, I dont think I will go bold (fingers crossed anyway!) the furtest i've got was 38 weeks with ds 1 , and friday (29th) I will be at the same point I was when I had ds 2 -36 +5., which scares the carp out of me lol
Although saying that, the past couple of days i've felt really restless and like i've got ants in my pants. Also rather hormonal-i've already had my nervous breakdown this morning, and had to convince dh that i really didnt need him to ring work to see if he could go in a little later :o This is what I was like right before i had ds 2 , so i think dh is getting a bit anxious that i'm about to pop :rotfl:
Anyway, I had REEAAALLLYYY better get on and tidy up-i'm so paranoid that i'll go into labour and the house will be a mess when the in laws come to look after the kids lol With ds 2 i had cooked a big roast that day and left the mess in the kitchen, then my waters broke at 9.45pm and all i was worried about was clearing the kitchen before they came :rotfl:
Labour vibes to everyone that wants them-i'll be wanting them from next sunday when i'll be 37 weeks!!!!

Wendz she is lovely, so cute - wow all this time we talk about it and then suddenly they're really here, enjoy her!

PigPen hope things improve if you do see the consultant, sounds so painful and you really need support - try to take it easy after all your cleaning/sorting yest.

Slept heavily last night and even managed to lie in until 9am, unusual for me! I think it was getting sun yesterday and we did a few things at home that were great to get sorted.

Anyone been watching Misbehaving Mums on BBC3? It's on Iplayer/Catch up tv. Some of their attitudes are awful, it makes me want to do more for baby, must get on with squat exercies and more pelvic exercises too, as well as even more fruit/veg on my plate. No more peanut m&m's!

Fence painting today... and going to eye up pushchairs while I can still walk. Any recommendations for twin pushchairs?

    Bathing baby first.
