Hi Nic. Reading your post is like reading my own mind lol. I guess i've been bumped off too but I've not logged on to FB yet. I'll be sad to see that I have if that is the case as I did ask that we be notified of any changes and why.

I guess 'pregnancy' group is the wrong title. I think it is more of a case where we've got to know each other over a period of 28 weeks and it'll be somewhere to go to take the strain off and continue to chat.

I'm very saddened by the events and if we've all been removed will be more saddened *goes to check*

Nope not been removed yet. Maybe they have removed some people who weren't posting? I don't know. Confused.com

group. It will always leave people out and end up cliquey. I did like having somewhere else to post more personal details though.

No doubt I've got the boot too then. Not really bothered, read some of the comments yesterday and thought some were a bit OTT and neurotic. Life's too short!

I was led to believe that they were going to contact everyone but sadly that hasn't been the case....sorry Nic I know you were posting. I was very upset yesterday and admitted to hubby last night that the group had been the reason for the mood I was in yesterday and he basically said to me what I was thinking.....I don't need to be getting upset by people that I don't actually know. I was looking at 4am this morning to see who was in and who was out and there are a few gone which is such a pity but tbh anyone that I wish to have on my profile is now in it as far as I am aware (you are still there Nic and are remaining there if you like lol) if not people can be added at a later date....I feel the only way to meet new people , especially when pregnant and you are being outcast by friends who you would have been out with quite regularly, or are confined to the house due to SPD and other pregnancy related medical conditions is to have threads and groups to let people get to know each other but I think a lot of people were left feeling alienated and unwanted yesterday which is such a shame.......anyways am going to make a decision myself on the group but am not sure what to do at this point.....I still love my PGT family ((((((Hugs all round)))))

Hitchins - I couldnt agree with you more.

I never posted and never lurked in the secret FB group but I went in it last night and saw the paranoia and removed myself from the group. I saw a couple of posts upset with Evansangel for inviting us in and so thought I'd remove myself anyway.

I would like somewhere to keep in touch with you all once we have had our babies though so if you are thinking of starting up a FB group Charlie i'm in, but I honestly don't know how much I'll be able to post once bubs is here.

I only really access MSE from work as I can never be bothered turning the comp on at home and my iphone is too complicated to post so I may be MIA once on Mat leave anyway.

I will elbow my way into the PT thread if I need advise otherwise.

Yes I have lol they tried to fob me off with next Monday and argued that oedema is just a pregnancy related problem but I told them maternity had told me to get an appt on asap to get checked so the earliest I can get as it isn't life and death is tomorrow morning have been ordered feet up today by hubby and I think with the size of my feet atm I will be doing just that lol

ETA EA has removed herself from the group as well

Yeah I was thinking about it last night and i've just decided that i'll leave the group tbh. I don't like people being booted off without being told why I thought it was going to be fair. Maybe it's best to just leave the dust settle and see what occurs. Really want to see Kylie on here to know she is ok though. You're not leaving here Kylie right?! Think i'll just send her a message to check she is ok.

OBEM - I felt a little sorry for the woman who wanted an epi. She kept getting told that she wasn't far enough along and the contractions were too irregular for it. Next check and she gets told that she's too far along for one!

Charlie - I'd love to join, but fear I may only be on there for a few hours once it's up

claire - I feel your misery on the MS All I can say is, take each day as it comes. Eat what you fancy when you fancy it. Carry a bucket around the house with you so you're not tied to the loo. Also, don't get your hopes up too much when people say "Oh, it'll go after 12/14/16/20 weeks" I think that was one of the worst things for me, as I kept expecting it to stop, and was always a bit down when it didn't stop. Mine did stop eventually. The tablets I had made soo much difference to me. I got my life back, even though I was still sick most days, it was nowhere near as bad as without them. Do feel free to come on here and vent about it. Everyone was so lovely when I did. Oh, and by the way, tie your hair back as much as possible. I got fed up with washing sick out of my hair :rotfl:(and off my shoes, and off my jeans, and off the sink and bath and breakfast plate.....)

nic - that's not nice Just a mo......Just checked and I've been bumped off too. Wonder why? A message would've been nice to tell me why. I know I didn't post too much, but it was a nice place to vent a few things and I liked catching up with what people were up to. If anyone wants to be my friend on FB, feel free to PM me.

I'm starting to well up again about leaving my second home (here!). Maybe sproglet will stay put for a couple more months Or maybe you lovely ladies will let me pretend to be pregnant even once sprog is here.

Managed to catch OBEM last night for the first time in 3 weeks! :T

Re the secret fb page - I happened to go on to fb last night and got involved in the discussions - for those that saw my posts they prob realised that I didn't know what the hell was going on! - where I was posting appeared to be the parents fb group?! - which I didn't realise I was a member of :rotfl:- I've never posted on the parent thread (despite being a parent) - I thought I was a member of the pg ladies secret group - think they are 2 separate things?! - still confused!
I have no idea if I'm still a member as I can't access fb from work (thus why I don't go on very often)

To be brutal I'm only really interested in keeping contact with ladies on here - I'm out of the loop on the baby front and have no friends with young uns now

RBG - glad you managed to enjoy your evening - hope the swelling has gone down a bit x

Ladies, i'm not part of the "secret" group, and to be frank, i'm glad. Don't let anyone upset you. You don't know these ladies and if they make you feel upset then leave it....you don't need them!!
I love this thread, i can moan, laugh, cry and share anything with you all. Alot of thigs i have shared on here i wouldn't even think of talking about to my family or friends, so i want to say a huge thank you to all of you for being there when i've needed you.....I love you all xx
