Wow you'd like more than 4, as far as I know you can have 5 sections some hospitals will do 6

my consultant said she happy to do another 2 sections on me, but this is why i very much want a natural.

i may not go on to have any more, but i don't think i could cope with not being able to rather than choosing not to. i'm only 29, and it a horrible thought thinking no more. If i have natural then problem sorted.

    Afternoon ladies :D

Congratulations again RBG on the birth of little Timothy, he is trully scrumptious! :smileyhea
Great news on TEAM PINK Apricot, my gut feeling was right after all ;):D

Fantastic news about the house Digital, must be a massive relief, here's hoping they get their bums into gear and get things moving for you!!

For Jojo, Due March and Waterbaby, massive labour vibes to you all!

Not much to report here, excluding today only 9 days left to work (3 weeks) so I can cope with that. I finished my last shift at my Sunday job just Sunday there so I think that will make a big difference on my general well being!!

DH made malteser Tiffin on Sunday so have just had a slice (ok maybe 2 slices :p) of that and bubs is doing the flipping riverdance LOL! Have midwife on Thursday so I am hoping that she says head down but hey ho doesn't make that much difference I suppose, everyone at work says my bump looks different but I don't think I have dropped yet.

I am allowed Term + 10 and I although I really don't want to be induced, I am not going to start arguing about it and having scans etc. I think by that stage you are just so fed up that you are glad that eviction plans are being set in motion!

Nic hope you enjoyed your battenburg, LOL it's the sort of thing I would do...eat the lot and hide the evidence!!! :o *wonders how on earth I have only managed to put on just over a stone!!*

My SPD is getting worse daily too, but I managed it fairly comfortably laying on my side ;)

I want some crutches from the physio too, just for some extra help getting around, but I'm thrilled I've been lent a wheelchair so I can go out with the kids for a walk.

The McD's brekkie was very nice, but now I have hearburn! :o

Well I will make sure my OH doesn't read this then. I am not too bothered about the lack of bedroom activity, I must admit :o

I really couldn't face a wheelchair :o Crutches would be bad enough, but I am so fed up not being able to do anything :(

    Afternoon all!

    Congratulations RBG - absolutely gorgeous!

Apricot - congrats on team pink.

Labour vibes to all those who need them!

I had to get the earlier train to work today as had a meeting and was busier and no-one offered me a seat! I am a bit of a wimp though and didn't say anything.

I am really happy as I only woke up once last night to go to the loo, much better than previous nights. Poor OH though, I have started snoring apparently and he had a pillow over his head lol.

    Hi everyone,

Sorry for the long absence, had a much needed week off and catching up as best I can.
Congrats RBG - lovely little one and he looks very content!

We found out on our scan on Friday that we are having a little boy, was a surprise as I was sure it was a girl (and have been eating lots of sweets so bang goes that old wives tale - I love sweets anyway!). we are so happy and now looking at names - think we've narrowed it down to 2 so just experimenting with middle names now...

Have bought a pram at last - the Maclaren Techno XT as we saw it at someones house on the weekend and it seems great, I just have to accept that at just over 5 foot tall almost all prams will be a bit higher than I'd like... but as this one was just 6.8kg and £165 I am happy. Turns up today from Mothercare hopefully...

TeenieD I now want malteser cake too - hell I'd even eat frozen cookie dough if JoJo had any spare!

Wendz - I must admit I have noticed that people are less polite than I'd hope with anyone who is PG - you only seem to get help/seats given up for you if you are so big you look like you are just about to give birth! I have already resigned myself to the fact that people won't help much and like you I am too shy to make an issue. However, not too far from now I will have to sit on the lower level of the bus which I don't normally do... and there are always less seats anyway - joy!

Still having lots of cravings for wine gums, never been fond of them... trying to be good but having a bag at home isn't a great idea...

Fabulous pics RBG - he is so handsome :) Pleased to see you are home and doing well.

Yay for Team Pink Apricot - best team to be on - but I am biased :D

Huge congrats on the house Digital - that must be a massive weight off your shoulders now. Hope the checks come through quickly so you can get moving and nesting!

Labour vibes to JoJo, DM11 and Waterbaby. We seem to have some very comfy babies lately who want to keep their mummies waiting :)

Good luck at your college interview/assessment EA

(((Hugs))) Dusty for the meh day. I too would buy a cake and pass it off instead of making one! Hope you feel better soon. You're nearly on ML!

Had my 39 week appt today (I'm 38+6) and apparently MW could feel 4/5 of baby's head - so does that make me 1/5 engaged? Obviously, not massively engaged, but I guess some movement is better than nothing! She won't give me a sweep until my 40+6 appt, so I'm hoping things will have happened naturally by then. Oh well, we'll see.

Right, I'm fancying some homemade macaroni cheese for lunch so will catch you ladies and bumps later x

That is a crazy dog! Mine hates the rain and will stand at the back door looking at it, before turning round and going back to bed!

Yeah you would think it would be fairly obvious with me being 8 months! Never mind the train i normally get is fine. My OH said to just ask the people in the priority seats next time.

Lablover - my OH said i stop breathing almost and then snort/snore lol, bet he enjoys that. I must have forgot how to breathe through my mouth!

Sammy - wow 38+6, only a week till you are term! The whole baby being engaged thing confuses me!
