Well done, keep us posted, this may be of use to later mummies.

Morning everyone!
Not sure yet what the weather is going to be like, hoping it will be fine so I can get the washing out.
I have a midwife appt tomorrow (it's an extra one to keep eye on b/p so normal b/p vibes for tomorrow please). I'm starting to really suffer from heartburn now, I never had it with DD and tbh I could have just sat and sobbed I was feeling so miserable, don't get me wrong I get heartburn occasionally even if I'm not pregnant but nothing like this! I was thinking I would rather the sickness came back rather than have it was so bad
Grateful I think it was you that said even water gives you hertburn? I totally sympathise!! Even the gaviscon sometimes isn't even touching it!
My bump has totally grown over the last few days, my work trousers are now too tight, they weren't maternity ones just ones I was wearing before I lost weight (yes I was THAT big:o) was hoping they would last but no, so I will just have to wear my maternity ones all the time now (only have 2 pairs!).
Hope everyone has a lovely day xxx"That's no reason to cry. One cries because one is sad. For example, I cry because others are stupid, and that makes me sad."0 -
Ok Im fed up today.
Sleeping is no longer an option as my hips are so painful, my bump is constantly rock hard. Diawoowoo has hit new levels and today i just want to be sick. I hate the last week or so of pregnancy. And Im going over, I just know it. Labour vibes please!!Sealed Pot Challenge Member 151

Sending you loads chick xx
Diawoo must be a good sign tho?
I haven't got any signs and am resigned to being overdue. I hate this last part too, the phone calls and texts asking if you've had any twinges etc.....do inlaws and rents not realise you will tell them if you go into labour?
Been to midwife this morning, everything is fine - measuring at 38.5 still. Baby is no longer engaged
Got an appt at hospital next tuesday for a sweep and induction date.
I think we need to cheer ourselves up with chocolate-its the only remedy for me;):)Henry James Born 18/03/2011-11 days late!:)

Morning all
Welcome to the newbies, im glad im not the bottom of the list anymore
I am 12 weeks today and it feels like a massive milestone, although im still getting a bit of morning sickness which is not the most fun. We have the scan on Tuesday and i cannot wait, OH is also mega excited and i keep catching him randomly grinning at himself
I'm trying not to worry but there seems to be a lot of other stuff going on at the moment, my gramp has to have his foot removed next week, he had one removed last year and now the other one is infected and has to go, my poor aunt has found out that her cancer has spread to 4 different parts of her body and now i have been asked to fly in the next couple of weeks with work and im a high risk pregnancy and its all getting a bit much
Am sure the positivity will be back soon though!
Hope everyone has a good day - and if there are any spare caramacs around send them my way

Hopefully Im in for a quiet day in work today - cba to do anything!:happylove DD July 2011:happyloveAug 13 [STRIKE]£4235.19[/STRIKE] £2550.00 :cool:0 -
Aw hugs puzzled xx Nothing worse when youve got lots going on like that , pregnancy hormones make it 100 times worse. I read in my free sainsburys mag that if a non pregnant woman was to make all the hormones surging around a pregnant ladies body it would take them 150 years !!!!
Not bought anything baby wise but have paid for our holiday( not bothering with Ski passes I doubt I will feel up to it ) but the lady has kindly given us a free pass at the country club for bambino to go swimming and play in the creche everyday :money: Have also stashed the money needed for cot and mattress into savings account , and this month I will put aside more for chest of drawers and extra bathroom cabinet. Then Il have a huge trip to ikea with OH's van , lol.Got to make my cakes last night and make a start on book....... nearly finished it , lolThanks to MSE for making it possible for me save to buy my new flat , yay !!
