I've got a downy belly too. More evidence that it's a boy then.

Just been out for lunch with 2 friends who are both PG and both have a 3 year old each. Absolute chaos.....what have we let ourselves in for!!!?????

Like I say with clothes on you cant even tell im pregnant but when I was in the shower this morning my perv of an OH said that I was def having a girl as my bump started after my hip bones , instead of being right round if you see what I mean. Dont know how my OH has come to know this but I asked my mum (shes had 1 boy 2 girls ) she said with boy bump started either side of hip bone and it took ages for her to look really pregnant , with both girls bump was just inside hips and swelled out quickly. Probably another old wifes tale , lol

Saw these but in 2 minds about them in case they don't work or are a waste of money given that our bubs is due in (what we hope is a) hot Summer anyway:

Just had an email to say Mamas and Papas sale starts midnight tonight for 48 hours!

sparkle I asked about those a few weeks ago and was told that they do work but temp thingy is on back so you would have to pick baby up to check it - might be handy though if summer is really hot? Im haven't decided whether or not to get them yet!

TMI but Im feeling very "bunged up" at the moment - not good when Im off out tonight for a curry and really want to stuff my face - anybody got any quick fixes?

I've been told this too so apparently I'm having a boy. DH is fighting for Dexter and I'm fighting for Jacob but I think I'd prefer a girl really

Apricot , I dont know if your still taking pregnancy vits but they are the culprit for making me bunged up.Quick fix for me is fresh orange ,lol
Not sure about those temp alerts , Ive got my grobag egg room thing and its great,cant recomend it enough.Had that e-mail as well Apricot hope the blanket I want gets reduced , lol

TBH confidence comes into play a lot with animals. I had horses, and you need to be confident around them or they take the pee out of you.

This is sooo true, all animals get panicky if not given proper leadership, this goes for babies, dogs, hosses and teenagers;)
