URGENT HELP PLS - Trying to wire 2-port Honeywell Actuator to CENTRAL HEATING

Disagree with the wire by wire principle, though I accept it probably works most of the time. When it doesn't you've little hope of fault finding. Better to do a bit of investigation before you start and try and understand the circuit. Apart from anything, you'll build a bit of knowledge along the way.Apparently I'm 10 years old on MSE. If the actuator is faulty (and you can prove it by running a multimeter across the motor) then the only way you can fault find properly is by having a wander lead to test from the controls what is what.
