why have you left any feedback?

They had already left me feedback and I had given them feedback soon after I paid for the item.

If the seller is being genuine which i have little reason to doubt then right now I really feel sorry for them because of how your behaving.

I had a similar experience, however it appears I actually had a genuine buyer and not one who wasnt prepared to try to sort things their end as well. I posted an item, when it hadnt arrived buyer sent me a message, I sent her the tracking number which said it was progressing through the delivery network....she thanked me and said she would contact sorting office and speak to postie we kept in contact on a daily basis, and I spoke to royal mail who said if it hadnt arrived after 15 days I could make a claim, my buyer was kept in the loop. On day 14 it actually arrived! She was chuffed to bits and so was I.

If your seller has sent out promptly which they have, and have provided proof of postage, then personally to demand a refund just because and event is passed is unreasonable! And if you never have time to go to the sorting office, nor are you at home to collect deliveries how does anything you ever buy arrive?

Sorry I am on the sellers side on this one! Shame they have already left you feedback.
