Cubegame:However, I am certain they will come down. The same will happen for your flights.
Must agree with richardw on this one. What makes you certain that prices will come down?I used to be a Travel Agent Used to be a travel agent for 23 Years, but now out of the industry. However I will help with what i can.0 -
Why's that then?
General experience of flight pricing volatility.
Three years ago flew to San Diego, price when I started looking was £520, two weeks later it had dropped to £410. I thought I'd missed out when they hopped back to £520 and then further increased to £650. I booked about a week after them hitting £650 when the price dropped to £380. There was no sale at the time.
The same happened two years ago when looking at flights to Seattle. And last summer when we first made plans to go to Denver.0 -
And you will see this behaviour on the part of airlines is pretty normal if you use Kayak's price history charts.....0

There's no rule, and prices fluctuate based on how many seats sold, and predicted furture sales - what you see on one route may not apply to another. If you see a price you like then purchase and never check again.
FYI I booked two First class returns to Toronto with BA from London in June for £350 per person only
A saving of £4650 per person

I'm sort of cheating - it was a mileage redemption, coupled with a 2-4-1 BA Amex voucher, paying taxes only

When? That's the million dollar question.
However, if you use a little research you see they have 9 or more seats at that price, the 90 day low is £450 and the 90 day high is £589. Those figures would suggest this flight is moderately overpriced at present.0 -
last year 4 tickets from NCL to Atlanta, £1100 same time this year £2250, prices certainly are higher this year, knew we got a bargain last year but didnt realise how much of one
