Hi, was your hair already dyed brown?

No, my hair was dyed blondish-light auburn. I have no idea where the brown colour came from.

Btw, I read some reviews about the new l'Oreal and Nice & Easy mousse dyes, and there are reports that all of them tend to produce dark brown-reddish colours with their blonde shades. I reckon something is wrong in the mousse formulation that may or may NOT interact with previous dyes. I will keep away from all of them for now, until they sort the formulas out.
