Does this mean that we can order online for in store collection and use our Red card or do you have to pay online and then just actually collect in store?

No, sorry if I have confused matters. Red cards aren't valid on sale items, I just posted the link because many items have big reductions, for the interest of those who have been impressed with the quality of their Hobbs clothes.

I also bought a skirt which I was not planning to do but after trying it on I could not resist  It's more than I would usually spend but I'm hoping that the quality will make it worthwhile, we shall see!

The denim A-line skirt with belt at £69? I like it but am too MSE to let myself buy it! :rotfl:

I still haven't collected my sneaky online order, am intending to get a refund and rebuy with the Red cards, will keep you all posted.

    "Arsey Aberdeen" made me LOL
  • Just to say that I used my card in the Guildford store and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I know some people didn't have such a good experience there earlier in the promotion, but hopefully all sorted now - so please don't be afraid to use your card there if you are nearby :)

My sister used a card with no problems and very good customer service in the Cardiff store :)

Not many tops in Liverpool store today, although they did have some cami tops, mostly in medium, hardly anything in small or large. Also now they have moved it is a much smaller shop.

went to manchester shops today, the one in the shambles had hardly any tops and not very helpful staff so went to kings st,had few more tops and couple camis but no large sizes, but a lovely assistant who couldnt have been more helpfull.bit disappointed had really wanted the arlette top but left it too late by the looks of things.

That's a shame about the low stock. I bought the arlette from Covent garden; they didn't have the size L that I wanted but the SA encouraged me to try the M and I was pleasantly surprised that it fitted really well!

If you ring customer service, maybe they could get one of the arlette tops sent to the store for you? They are still for sale online so there should be stock around. I imagine the longer sleeve tops will be less likely to be replenished as the shop fills with summer stock so best done asap.

I've now been given a spare card by my sister but I was planning to wait a bit and see if any new stock comes in.

thanks for the advice,my problem has been i live over an hour from manchester and do not drive,i had no need to go to manchester other than spend the vouchers(had 2 as when my friend took out subscription for me they have been sending 2 copies every month!!),so have been hanging on.in hindsight i should have rung ahead, but as i didnt want to make another trip i thought it best to get what was on offer.stll £14 for 2 tops bargain.

just remembered, when i was in the shambles shop there was a booklet lying on the table that was obviously for staff use which seemed to have new range in it.so new stuff soon maybe.
