But you have to be brave to use more than 1 card at a time. In Aberdeen yesterday someone was buying a few items and she got the third degree - Where did you get all the cards etc. etc. They loosely folded her items and put into a Hobbs bag then she had to ask for tissue over the top so they couldn't be seen then had to ask to get the bag sealed. Not good customer service. The shop was busy too and each customer got pounced on as they came in the door. I asked if they had tshirts and got told no and then found loads on the rails. Asked for my size someone went to the stock room then said no all sold out. So no tops for me yesterday. Consoled myself with M&S sale :D

edited to say she did ask if I had a Red card before she went to the stock room to return to say none left in my size.

You should have told her that you didn't have a Red card then when she brought out the tops, you should have said "Oh what's this I've found in my pocket? I'd forgotten all about it." Then smiled nicely and used it to pay for it.

Exactly!!!! This is what I will be doing. :)

I used my two cards in Birmingham today. The girl who served me was really good. I told her I had two cards to use and, even then while I was trying a £29 and £32 top on, she said they looked good on me. I have to say, I haven't encountered any rudeness there at all in all the times I've been in for my Mum, sister or myself. They had loads of £19, £25 and £29 tops instore including the butterfly top although it was only available in S or XS which I am definitely not!

Has anyone been in Bristol store recently? Going in at the weekend so wondered what the staff are like in there.

Went to Oxford store today, my experience was good, the lady who served me was helpful and quite nice, even when I got my two cards out lol!
I managed to get the butterfly top :T I really like it, but it's quite thin- I def wouldn't have paid £29 for it!

I also bought a skirt which I was not planning to do but after trying it on I could not resist  It's more than I would usually spend but I'm hoping that the quality will make it worthwhile, we shall see!

I saw plenty of tops in there though, still have one card left I'm going to try to hold on to it for a bit in case new season stuff comes out ;)

Nothing but praise for the Liverpool store. Lots of tops S-XL priced from £19, including cherry red vest, black, white and green basic t shirts. Sales Assistants were lovely and packed my "purchase" as they would any other. Very happy.

Quite a lot of long sleeved t-shirts in Reading today- white, green and 2 different striped ones £35 each.
Also had camis- white and cream all sizes
    Red vest £19

No Butterfly tops or Duck T's but I don't think Reading stocks the Nw3 range.

Staff were fine though - told me she had to take my details else the card wouldn't work (which is rubbish as they didn't in Birmingham- but i'm not bothered about that) and packaged as normal.

Well, apart from Arsey Aberdeen, it looks like Hobbs is turning the problem around.....

They have worked their magic on me anyway.... I am off tomorrow to collect some online purchases from in-store... the sale items that were returned from the stores are now online and there are some lovely things: http://www.hobbs.co.uk/index.cfm?page=1258&showall=true :)

Does this mean that we can order online for in store collection and use our Red card or do you have to pay online and then just actually collect in store?
