Chilli 'lasagne' - chilli as the bolognese and tortilla wraps as the lasagne sheets - white sauce and cheese. Perfecto :)
  • La E that sounds amazing! I'm stealing it for next weeks meal plan! (runs away with dinner idea laughing like an arch criminal).

I think i'm going to fail today. I've got unappetizing carrot and corriander cuppa soup and some bread crusts and a yogurt....plus money in my purse. Would it really be wrong to pop to the corner shop and buy a tin of a nice flavoured soup?

    Not as nice today :D

Fruit loaf with cheap (and cheap tasting) butter... Oh well, 2 more lunches to go for Feb :T

Go for it missworks2jobs!! ;) With my 'save on work lunches' I only include sandwich shop trips - think it's fine to go to the supermarket and buy stuff to make up etc.

Eleanor your lunches always sound so nice....can I come and work with you!!!

Today I have some toast and leftover tomatoes & cucumber from last night's salad at teatime and a wedge of feta...kind of greek salad. Out for a birthday meal tonight (not mine)so i'll be drinking loads of water with my meal and filling up on bread!

That's nice to read!! But I always think everyone elses sound nice!! I think I try to make mine nice otherwise I know Pret or the burrito shop will lure me in!!!

Today I've got pasta with leftover HM pasta sauce from my dinner yesterday with goats cheese and salad. Could do with some bacon in there but it is payday today so I was on a use up mission! Still on no bought lunches!
