another UU from this morning:
TBS Fuzzy Peach shower gel0 -
Hi Everyone
Not been on for a couple of days and trying to catch up -hi to all the newbles and Lilly1972 your list looks lovely, you have some great products to UU there and pamper yourself with!
Have been shopping but not bought - visited body shop - a larger store in a different town and used all the testers with my friend (agree that the Moringa is divine but the set I have is staying in the gift drawer) My friend doesn't usually go in the body shop but she was so impressed she said that everyone next year is getting body shop stuff for Christmas! We both were really good and walked out with nothing!:A
No UU's to report - they are going on forever!0 -
Good evening!
Hello everyone, have been awol for a little while, but reading posts when I can. No uu as such to report, avon shower gel and lotion still going strong, but very lovely so I dont mind!
A sunsilk shampoo just wasnt working for me, made my head itch, so thats relegated the shelf till i find a new home fior it, probably when my sister visits:)
A talc has been rehomed at work to a very happy new owner,
A garnier undereye roller concealer wasnt being very nice to me( wasnt hiding the evidence of shiftwork-under-the-eye syndrome.......:D) so patiently waiting for my sis, along with the shampoo.
1, uu my foundation, so replaced at boots, with conceler pen, and face powder 3 for 2, a spend i had been planning on so mat i side step the naughty step please?;)

In - Picked up the BarryM offer in Superdrug but dd2 claimed the lipgloss and dd1 has the nail varnish, so there's only the eyeliner that's gone into the stash
UU - Avon skin so soft dry oil spray - not strictly a UU, but I poured the content of 2 bottles into 1 (they stop spraying when the bottle get low) WIBA? Dont need to buy any more - there's still another full bottle in my stash! :rotfl:
Throwaway - BS White Musk Too body lotion. I was reluctant to get rid of this, as its the perfume/lotion I always wore when pregnant with my little boy who died when he was born. The smell always used to bring back memories, but sadly it must've gone off as it now smells horrible! Discontinued so can't restock.
Giveaway: gone in Charity shop bag - M&S Guava hand and body lotion. Unwanted gift - I dont really like the smell and its too runny.
Splutterers - BS Passionfruit cleansing gel - will run out tomorrow morning. My HG cleanser - already have more bottles in stash
No17 face powder keeps breaking into pieces now there's not much left. WIBA? Bought 2 before Xmas to get a free giftbut this has been my HG facepowder for some time as it doesnt smell of anything and is cheap and effective.

Another little UU here - finished off an Avon Footworks foot scrub when I had my pamper session in the bath last night. WIBA? - well it was extremely nice, felt quite effective I guess, and smelt lovely (it was a "winter spice" one) but I won't be buying as it just isn't a product I feel any need for. That one was given to me as a present - and I'd have no gripe about receiving one that way again, but I won't be parting with any of my hard-earned for it. Hence there isn't a product in the stash to go on to - I shall simply go back to using my god old Body Shop foot-file!
Will be visiting the BS tomorrow morning armed with two Telegraph Vouchers - so there will be IN's, but hopefully no spend.
Tommyk - which Avon shower gel and body lotion is it you're using? It's always nice to hear people's positives about Avon stuff so I can use them as recommendations to customers. On the flip-side Mineallmine sorry to hear you didn't get on with the Cashmere Finish foundation - don't forget you can give it back to your Avon rep for a refund, will you.I suspect it just is that the texture or ingredients don't suit you - my skin isn't the smoothest but I get a really silky finish with it so I doubt it's your skin. Out of interest, did you use fingers, or a sponge or a brush to apply? I use fingers, and find it blends really well - tried it with a brush but really didn't get on with it that way.
Pudsey sorry to hear you'll be unable to replace your BS lotion - it's always a problem isn't it that the sense of smell is such a powerful one when it comes to memory, sometimes for the good, and sometimes for the bad. I always think that both smell and sound are far stronger prompts to memory than sight, strangely enough.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Have decided against buying the Telegraph to get the BS voucher, as I have loads and loads from the post Christmas sales
also I'm only buying the paper for the voucher and trying to be sensible! lol
Also it's my birthday this month so will get my £5 gift from the Love My Body card.Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time0 -

Me too. The only thing I might have bought was some of the Rainforest Shampoo but I still have 2 others in the stash.....and the nearest BS is a £4.90 bus ride away  :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: So for the sake of saving 10p I'll stay at home0 -
Had a bath when I got in tonight - finished up:
S&G Calm one calm all mini bottle - WIBA? Yes I love this bubble bath, one of my favourites.
S&G Fab Pore Mask - WIBA? No - it was ok but not my favourite face mask and today when I used it it stung a bit. My HG is still the heating up Sanctuary one - can't think of the name off hand. This was a request last Christmas and I've had it on the go since then so obviously not that popular!Initial Mortgage January 2024 - £160,000

Hello everyone, hope you're all having a nice weekend of pampering!
Pudsey, your story about your white musk memories made my heart go out to you. I hope the smells let you hold onto good memories, but sounds like it is mixed. I hope you have been able to have more children since then.
Re the Body Shop - so pleased to hear that a few people here have been able to hold back on the offer - I've really struggled not to fall for it but have been strong and come to the end of the day feeing proud of myself. Curses on them though, I have to resist it all over again tomorrow!Less stuff, more life, love, laughter and cats!
Even if I'm on the shopping threads, it doesn't mean I'm buying! Sometimes it's good to just look and then hit the CLOSE button!0
