Does anyone who uses a body puff also use body scrubs as well. I've thought about putting my shower gel in one of my liquid soap pump bottles and using a body puff I've got but also have body scrubs to use up as well and didn't want to scrub my skin too much.
I do - I scrub using my hands, then soak and gently rinse it off and then use showergel with my puff
On the subject of Scrubs - I have added some cocoa butter cream to my homemade scrub. Not because there is anything wrong with it as it is really workingbut to stop the dog licking it off the back of my legs :eek: I nearly jumped out of my skin :eek:
stoopid mutt
One UU - sample of BS Wild Cherry Body Butter: WIBA? No. Smelt really chemically - and that was only using a tiny sample pot so I can't imagine it would be very nice all over. Thats the third BS Cherry product I've used this year and I haven't really been impressed with any of them - shame

I have a friend who walks through boots every morning and 'tests' the No7 P&P Serum For Men :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
The same store every day???:eek::eek::eek:Tara, it was this one http://www.boots.com/en/Botanics-Moisturising-Body-Balm-200ml_24427/ and I notice it's on 3 for 2. I'm just wondering whether to return one of these http://www.boots.com/en/No7-Cocooning-Body-Butter-180ml_1015712/ to swap for some. I could get 6 for that price! I do need to go upstairs and have a look see what lotions and potions I have in stock. Last year I made the mistake of struggling through a few sun lotions which were gak. We then had a summer so had to go out and buy more. Plus we kept forgetting to take it with us so had to replace a couple when we were out and the weather turned scorching. Nuts!
The hand lotion I was using last night is at splutter stage so won't be long. I need to dig out the next item ready. I do have some sanctuary butters in the gift stash which I really want to use. We shall see!
Ah, also got a moan about my blissful body wash. It's stopped being so foamy. If it doesn't improve soon, I'll be returning the other 5 bottles. The reason it was such good value for money is that I only needed a tiny drop to do my whole body. Yesterday I had a big blob and it only bubbled for one arm.
Some lovely stash lists on here, I think we need some more photos of them!
Oooh, thanks, think that's the one I have!! Must get it out of the gift cupboard (I was saving it and some other Botanics stuff for a secret Santa/emergency birthday gift) and try it!
I bought the No7 blissful body wash once too, it was £11 for 3 (3for2 plus £5 voucher) but I don't really like it that much either. I gave one to mum (who loves it) and the other is in the gift cupboard lol.
aprilshower - welcome and :eek::eek::eek::eek: at your stash!!! 894 items *faints* :rotfl:
I am doing nowt in pampering terms tonight, well apart from cleansing, toning and moisturising before bed. I'm knackered from Curves!

Two UU. HURRAH!:
So something or other showergel: WIBA- Doubt it, love the smell, but I didn't feel very clean after
Asda cheapo conditioner: WIBA- Maybe- conditioner is conditioner for me- I have naturally thick, poker straight hair- it doesn't even NEED conditioner. At 20 odd pence, i'd buy that any day over something expensive when I only use it as a pamper/to shave my legs.0 -

Evening all
Just popped in to let you know of another UU - It's a Paul Edmonds dry scalp leave in tonic - it was years old but found it brilliant when my head gets itchy and sore in between shampoos.
Also got a botanics hand cream on it's last legs - it's been cut open for a few days now and still going:o
Off to cover myself in body lotion and then bed
night all xxSave money on toiletries: no new/duplicate items until I've used up all existing supplies

Also, the simple face wipes- WIBA- Myeh, Probably not. I think these were usurped from my younger sister ( i'm very much against face wipes and I don't want her falling into such a slovenly trap you see
- I'm such an amazing sister! Hahah! )

aprilshower wrote: »Hi Everybody,
I have been reading this thread and it really does make me laugh as it is me all over.
Yesterday I decided to count the amount of stuff I have in my house and it came to 894 items.
This consists of shampoo, conditioner, hiar repair products, shower gel, soap, liquid soap, bubble bath, hand cream, face creams, face washes, deodorants, tooth paste, mouthwash, hair removal items. But I have not included any make up, lush stuff or perfume.
So I really do think I need to stop buying and start using the items I have. My hubby goes mad as it seems to be everywhere. I have a stock in both the bathrooms, the airing cupboard as been changed into a store room and the garage has alot of stuff in it as well.
So I dont know if I will get withdrawal symptoms but I am going to start by saying that I am not spending a penny in February 2011.
Take care
Aprilshower
Hi aprilshower, glad you found us! x
Another UU for me - Lush Boogg Bath Ballistic. WIBA? Actually quite liked this one so yes I would, personally don't tend to buy Lush as I get things as presents so might drop hints at the next birthday!

I'm just about to go upstairs and slather myself up in body butter.
I'm thinking that I should buy some eye make up remover as I have got into the awful habit of just using make up wipes and being lazy, instead of just using them after a night out and now I'm left with bottles of cleanser. Is toner actually worth bothering with?
I tried a clinique 3 step sample toner that a friend gave to me but it just smelt like alcohol and I was sticking paint stripper on my face, not nice.
In the shower, I alternate between the S&G Scrub Your Nose and an Olay cleanser but need to use up all the other ones I've accumalated before trying the Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish:D0 -
Day 2 - 1 u/u S&G Glow Job have to say quite disappointed with this as after getting halfway through the tube the bronzer pearls seemed to disappear!
one in- sanex deodrant(bought because only 82p -not needed!)
Off to examine my stash and try to get a list together... this may take some time0
