Some people have empathy & people skills, some don’t, it’s not their fault, you can’t blame them, it’s just how they are.

Others are just nasty knobheads by choice

Bundance, If I were you I would go to Halfords or Wilkinsons and buy Araldite glue. It comes in two tubes which you have to mix. Clean out the mark as best you can with the edge of a sharp knife or a little sandpaper, make sure its pefectly dry, mix a little Araldite and apply to fill the indentation. You can sandpaper it flat after drying overnight. So whether there is a leak or not there wont be any more. best of luck.

Have you tried poking something down the 'hole' to see if it is a real hole? And shine a torch under the bath. You'll soon see if it's wet down there.
Everyone is entitled to my opinion!

Cue reply along the lines of..'I've tried poking it with a pork sausage I borrowed from my neighbour but all it has done is leave a greasy mark. Do you think I will be able to eat the sausage?'
  • Thank god for all the perfect people on here.

This is an open forum - if you don't like what people write, don't read. And don't respond - otherwise it's you that's wasting your time, not anyone else.

And the point of your post is?
  • It doesn't have a point. It was an opinion.

But the only reasonable suggestion, put water in and see if it runs out, has been ignored or evaded.
