You might not (I can't understand why you wouldn't), but almost everybody else does.Strider590 wrote: »Depends on whether your more concerned about the condition of your car or the condition of the service record. They ran some similar to this before. They cancelled the product and didn't tell anyone, they continued to take people's money, but refused to service their vehicles. That's for a start. I have had dealing with Dagenham Motors for years. I worked for them in the Nineties, as a sales executive. Their trading practices were abominable and they had no concern regarding the interests of their customers. I have had clients who have been stung by them, who have relayed various horror stories. Can you elaborate as to why not?
I could go on for hours about my experiences with them. The greater danger, for most of us, lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low and achieving our mark0 -
I realise you might not be able to say which branch, but you can say which region of the country?
I have always received excellent service from my local dealership and never experienced a problem so was quite surprised to read your comments.0 -

I just know full well that service history doesn't mean the cars ever actually been serviced... So as I said, my concern is always with the condition of car and not with the little book that sits in the glove box.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

You really do have some very strange concepts when it comes to motoring. The greater danger, for most of us, lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low and achieving our mark0 -
