I had been with Three for 5 years with no real complaints whatsoever. Ironically I left to go to O2 because their pricing on a Samsung Note was far better than on Three.

I dreaded getting my PAC code after reading all the horror stories, but I just said I have taken out a new contract and need a PAC and not interested in keeping a second contract or PAYG. Got PAC code straight away.
