  • Just popped in to say 6 NSD I hope everyone is well - will try and make the time to go back and have a catch up.

I have been really tied up with the Divorce stuff, which I am pleased to report - seems have reached an conclusion - just waiting for paper work - so after 3 very long years an end is in sight.
]I have booked the London Dungeon for me and Mr Looloo for Tuesday and then I have booked the whole of the gallery on Tower Bridge for a certain little NSD birthday bash!! I've got some booze but can you bring some nibbles please!! hehehe

Well done to everyone on their NSD so far

    xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I shall have to watch out when driving over the bridge then watching for flying panties and empty champers bottles falling from the gallary hehe.
Another nsd #5 well that was yesterday and I'm hoping today will make #6 BUT will wait until later to see. My DS wanted a packet of crisps when we were out yesterday, 50p from a vending machine
Luckily my bottomless bag contained a packet of cheese+onion :rotfl:

I'll just call you Mary Poppins then runnerbean

I'm not sure if I should declare yesterday as a nsd. Can I have considered opinion. I went and got my petrol on Thursday morning and got out my shopping money at the same time. Intending to go shopping Thursday evening. Trouble was I didn't get to do my shopping on Thursday as I went clothes shopping instead. On balance I guess it's not a nsd. :naughty: Oh well looks like I'm stuck at the moment till Sunday as I'm out tonight and will end up buying drinkies.

Evening all! Just popped in after a long day shopping....which kinda means no NSD for me today :o

Was supposed to be out looking for accessories to go with the dress I bought for the wedding in a couple of weeks....so I purchased:

TK M*xx - purse, photo frame & grey t-shirt. Total £25 (nearly bought a very sweet little day dress, navy with white hearts but one had a slight pull in it and the other was badly printed)

HnM - vest top & leggings. Total £10

Also bus fare £3.40 (easier and cheaper than using the cap park on a Sat), tea and scones for us both £5.50.

So as you can see...none of that counts as any kind of accessory to go with my dress....

Tomorrow will be spendy as I need to get a few bits for OH lunches during the week.

On the up side, I got home to find OH had stripped the bed incl mattress protector and everything and put them all through the wash (although minor matter of forgetting the pillow cases :rotfl:) so brownie points to him :A

Managed NSD #6 yesterday, which takes me to my half-way point less than half way through the month :T

Trotted down to work this afternoon - wanted to get out of the house, so thought I'd check what's coming up in Whoopsies today in case there was anything worth losing an NSD for. Nothing caught my eye at all, so I left there planning to keep today as another NSD.

I then swung by A!di to check prices on a couple of bits I may need later this week - only to find butternut squash as one of their current offers, and a large cauli at a good price. So I decided to get what I needed to make a vat of my thick veg soup for this coming week. Came out of there with cauli, butternut squash, carrots, celery and onions. But the only leeks they had were in too big a pack for me and they'd no white cabbage, so I then headed off to the local green-grocers where I picked up these two items.

But on the way there I have to pass B'n'M so I decided to call in for a mooch - and came out with 5 packs of S&V Hula H00ps (10p each), a bag of aniseed balls (yum) for 99p and a bag of Cinder Toffee (for 59p).

I haven't seen Cinder Toffee anywere for years, but the last lot I had didn't "melt in the mouth" so I thought twice about getting it - but decided to treat myself and have it while watching a DVD tonight. Came home and decided to try a piece while checking a couple of forums before making my soup - only to find I polished off the entire bag

Mentioned this to my friend in a text, and he immediately phoned to tell me off for not sharing it as it turns out he's been addicted to it in the past as well :rotfl:
(So I'm putting some money to one side to enable me to go and pick up some more tomorrow - some for me, and some for a pressie for him)
    Cheryl
