    Another half hour done

    baby resettled
WM unloaded/reloaded, washing hung up (again)
    surfaces in kitchen wiped
    washing loads sorted for tomorrow
baby bottles made for the day
    diary updated for next week

now, as there is hot water left from baby bottles, going to attempt a half hour sit down with a cuppa and write a shopping list for a month to start whenever we move, with the hope that I can get a delivery shortly after we're in the new house (wherever that may be) as it's likely we won't have t'internet for at least 2 weeks after we move. Oh well, at least I've done the moving thing so many times I could probably do it with my eyes shut!

Monday ~ Kitchen, Utility and Dining areas ** done as far as it's getting this week! **
Tuesday ~ Living room/family room or other reception room! ** done **
    Wednesday ~ Master bedroom ** done(ish) **
Thursday ~ Bathroom, WC and Study ** done **
Friday ~ Everything else! ** done as far as can do today **

    Daily(ish) tasks

    S&S Bathroom

    S&S Kitchen
    Dishes

    Laundry
    Feed Birds
    Hoover living areas
Pack one box *** start next week ***
Complete at least one task from tickbox sheet *** start next week **
Three times weekly binbag dance *** start next week ***

To do this month and next
Menu plan/food shop for delivery to new address
Phone Clubcard to change name on card/sort internet card link
    Make dentist appointment
    Make screening test appointment
    Investigate possible new GP practice
Write letters to inform of address change (see tickbox sheet)
    Arrange mail redirection
One week to go tasks (as per tickbox sheet)

It isn't that long since we were divided into sane and not sane. I was mortally offended to be in the sane category.

Poohbear - everything crossed for you

    Mumof2 - Have a lovely birthday

I sloped off to the garden centre this morning for my last child free mooch around. Now need to crack on with this place rather urgently.

Hello :) ((hugs)) for all in need, everything seems to be getting in the way of flying at present but I felt guilty so put the TD,WM and DW on before I posted

    Lauradora congratulations
    DustyDS and mumof2 happy birthday
Poohbear hope DS is better soon
Yesterday the parents group gave £40k to some fab local organisations to help improve their facilities for kids with special needs, so nice spending someone elses money and knowing that it stopped the money going back to the nasty Mr Cs.

Today DPs car needs sorting and his card has arrived to get his welder, so it's a shopping and hunting for parts day so I can have my car back! I also need to get the seats done with the vax as they are vile! They've been drying out for a few days in the garage, need to pull the bottoms off then bolt them back. Going to be a busy day!

This evening, start my studies properly :)

Have a nice day everyone x
One day I might be more organised...........

Is it too clucky to go back to the hospital and stay with DS2 while he is having or waiting for tests? He is 22 but on his own over there?

Sorry it isn't flying related but you are my friends

Nixie, I agree with pigpen too. I had lots of losses too. You need to make a fuss and get help. But rest really well now. I was eventually prescribed folic acid as it wasn't freely available then. Also had progesterone. There is a lot that can be done and often it is something really simple. But mourn your loss too. DH and I always remember the first one :)

  • Well, my HHC turned into more like 45 minutes :D But hoovered two flights of stairs, two landings, living room, master bedroom, and two large rugs. I then swept and mopped the children's rooms, the kitchen, all the bathrooms and the downstairs hall. Emptied wm and re-loaded, emptied td and re-loaded and emptied dw and re-loaded. Am now going to fold clothes from td and probably iron them, then go for a run :D

Hi all, My plans were thrown up in the air as DS2 was rushed into hospital yesterday. We went to see him as soon as we heard. I have a friend who phones me with her troubles for 59 mins at a time and I was listening to her and poor DS2 couldn't get through to us. We still don't know what is causing the problem but he has more tests today. He is 22 and at uni just an hour and a half away so we can get to him easily. I am so glad he is not far away as he was before.
While we wait for news I will catch up on easy flying as we did
Hugs - depending on the level of her troubles I might be tempted to pull back - at least let her kbnow about DS not being able to reach you.

Not clucky at all - he's probably not feeling 22 at the moment - even if he says 'Oh,mum' he will be pleased to have you there.

Finished my HHC (well, 40 mins to be precise!) so ironing all done, house vacuumed right through. Got to sort out WM and then will sit down and knit or something, maybe even eat a couple of Ferrero Rochers - it is my birthday after all!

How did you get on Sockdrawer?

Poohbear59, I don't think you're being too clucky at all - go and spend some time with DS, I'm sure he'll appreciate it as hospitals aren't much fun are they.

I would go. It's not clucky at all, he would probably appreciate it IMO. You're still his mum after all. xxx

Thank you for the HHC mumof2.
I managed to get packing done,
    kitchen finished
    pup sorted out and brushed
quick whizz round the living room

Good news DH's appointment for his electrical conductivity test came through today, 24th feb so we'll not be waiting too long. x

GEUGH just looked out of the window and the sleet has turned to snow!

ETA Can one take a sewing needle on a flight? Hubby insists not. Was planning to do some embroidery.
