Feeling jittery about tomorrow's CBT; everyone has said the first session can be quite hard but also quite healing. Time will tell!
I'll agree with that statement! Or so my DH says. He had CBT after he came though the removal of his brain tumour. he had a lot of stuff he needed to deal with. he went for a 10 week session. he speaks very highly of CBT.
    Hugs for tomorrow Mumof2.

  • Sunnygirl thats a bad day!!! Hope your Dad will be ok (((hugs))) and it sounds like a brilliant support network - just what you need.

Terrible day. Lots going on here and I had a fall. :( Almost nothing done. :(
lostinrates I hope you havent hurt yourself - gentle (((hugs))) and I hope everything seems less troublesome tomorrow.

Looby - Loo i would be livid too - dont let them off or it will happen again - tell them how disappointed you are given DD's problems with her writing etc and how this is a huge achievement and how much she would have wanted you there too. how do they expect parents to support their children and their schooling if they are not kept in the loop.

ifonlyitwaseasier nice to see you posting again

Sorry I didn't get Chance to feedback as just before I went out I went AOT down the stairs and twisted my ankle, but before that, while carrying laundry down I managed to get quite a bit done :D I got much of the kitchen sorted, DW cleaned out and onto a cleaning through cycle, WM and TD on so quite productive
