I would use it for baby slop and the masher might mean I can do the potatoes and not have to have OH do it every time as I can't.. I did want a ricer but alas they are extortionate.. then I would use it for choppering for stews etc..

evening !! i dint recognise myself these days.i say what i mean and mean what i say.i have ,since my last entry listed items on ebay, cooked from scratched 4 times in last week!, had a birthday with my mum & neice.i have felt calmer too.took my jerryboy(tabby) to the vet for a check up. went to book club.done dailies and washed up straight after eating. drainer and work tops left clean. i organised my work clothes ahead for the week. i found 2 jumbo, still in wrapper bath sheets that i didnt know i had, my DD was thrilled with them.Sending a hug to everyone being dealt a bad card right now, and to those who are struggling with the endless bleak dank cold weather.Today i miss my Dad. hes been gone 2.5 years and today i feel like a lil girl, just wanted him to be at home with my mum.i have also taken my mum down a portion of every meal i have cooked, dont think that you bther cooking when theres just one.house is turning into a home.recycling upto date.someone at work says i look different these days, like i have got up earlier and made an effort, is that an off handed compliment me thinks?i love this thread xx

whichwhy, big hugs to you, I know how you feel, I lost my dad a year past in June and this week have just needed his wisdom and cuddles, today daughter was showing mum the outfit for her 21st party and she said " papa would have been proud as punch " and I just crumbled, flipping horrible how it jumps up and kicks you sometimes!

I couldn't make a decision on blender.. I am sure last time I mentioned it I wanted Soappies lol.. see I am so sad I covet other peoples hand blenders.. I've had 3 and all of them burned out within 2 or 3 uses.. one literally melted in my hand!

Bedtime in here I think.. I am exhausted for some unknown reason! It isn't like I have even done anything today.. loaded DW, cooked dinner, emptied and refilled TD.. see.. nothing!
