This is my list of what needs doing - some of it you all do on a weekly basis but I cant - I need it written down so I can check for each room what needs done. I will be doing my dailies and anything extra I spot on pigpen's lists.
The following list does not include the admin/mail sorting on a daily basis.
here we go....- Update my flylady list
- clean and defrost freezer
- filing= job for february
- purge files
- Gather insurance documents
- Gather important papers for solicitor/DB/flat & put in new file
- Passport - fill in form, take to PO and submit - (need £85)
- declutter and ebay the stuff to get the money for painters bill/heater for LR/ tumble dryer/ trip switch repair/ debts /passport £85/outside plumbing repairs/ dividing fence / paving for new wheelchair
- Wash the vacuum cleaner innards and filters.. do not reassemble until completely dry!!
- arrange for back path to be widened
- arrange for corner to get slabbed
- go and look for fire for LR
- return toxic's loan papers ( i have been 'hiding' them for her!)
- sell and payout toxic's eBay stuff
- sell and payout F's eBay stuff
- sort out new utilities paperwork etc
- gather stuff for auction
- charge ewbank - cant find charger
- find and label all chargers
- do contacts list for DB
- do contacts for C/A/N/E/A.M
- sort through DVD's
- sort through CD's
- put old cds in garden
- get emergency contact numbers for emergency box on top shelf
- clear and tidy 2nd shelf in cupboard (LR)
- clean 2nd shelf
- go through instruction booklets/receipts etc and discard where appropriate
- clear hotspot at side of pc
- clean screen
- check off receipts and shred if not required
- clean pc work surface
- clean printer and see if fixable
- empty box of gubbins on printer shelf
- clean printer shelf
- clean tower on outside
- do a Valli on the inside!
- move tower and shredder and clean carpet
- wipe skirtings in cupboard
- get skirtings in cupboard re-filled
- get crack on wall checked and refilled and painted.
- Clean keyboard -yeuch!
- Clean keyboard shelf
- empty white box in cupboard
- clean marks off LR carpet
- get skirtings refilled in LR
- scrub fingermarks from door
- get draft blocked in electricity cupboard
- empty square magazine rack ready to sell
- empty drawers of writing desk
- re-home stuff from writing desk
- water and repot plants
- dust books and shelves in 1st bookcase
- dispose of books from 1st bookcase
- dust books and shelves in 2nd bookcase
- dispose of books from 2nd bookcase
- clean radiator in LR
- get marks off pc chair upholstery
- open bed settee and check bedding
- repair burn hole on settee cushion
- polish leather chair
- get remote for leather chair repaired
- wash voiles in LR
- clean blind in K
- clean out under sink cupboard
- clean out food cupboard
- get rid of excess blue and white dishes
- clean cooker filter and hood
- scrub tiles
- fill in grout where missing (K)
- move steamer to cupboard in hall
- repair boiler cupboard door
- clean top of boiler
- polish kitchen table
- polish or paint kitchen chairs
- repair chair pads
- re-fill skirtings where needed
- clean radiator K
- get filter cleaned on washing machine – need strong man!
- Clean blind in bathroom
- Fix blind cords in bathroom or replace
- remove broken shower curtain hooks from rail
- take off shower drain cover and clean underneath
- clean radiator bathroom
- repaint scuffs/chips radiator in bathroom
- Wash light pull strings! (Painting with neat bleach works then rinse in a jug of water)
- wash wall from ceiling downwards
- clean ceiling light
- clean shower stool
- clean loo rail
- hang new curtains in BR
- hang voile in BR
- find home for velvet curtain from BR
- put new lining paper in C of D
- tidy all drawers in C of D
- try on all clothes and finally get rid of anything that doesnt fit
- arrange for bed raiser to be removed so mattress can be turned
- dust bed frame and wooden slats
- hoover mattress when turned
- empty blanket box
- get lid repaired on blanket box
- get rid of blanket box
- amalgamate all wool stock
- block off draft from chimney vent
- sort through boxes of photos
- pack away in ikea box stuff not needed with a list – put on top shelf(BR)
- polish up briefcase and use for papers for DB/solicitor
- dust/wipe exercise bike
- register exercise bike for guarantee
- fill and polish C o D
- find appropriate handles for C o D
- clean out bedside table
- get lamp connected
- sort out wiring under bed
- get skirtings re-filled where needed
- clean radiator BR
- clean 3 shelves in BR
- re-arrange bedroom
- get joiners to do hooks for back of door (BR)
- get rid of 3 boxes of 'stuff' behind the door
- clean radiator in hall
- cover bleach marks on runner
- move boxes from hall to shed
- lift hall runner and clean floor
- re-fill skirtings where needed
- refill around coving on hall ceiling
- put all extra shopping /stores together
- paint walls in cupboard
- top shelf – sort out wrapping stuff
- 2nd shelf clear and re-organise craft stuff – declutter if poss
- 3rd shelf re-organise kitchen stuff and candles
- bottom shelf – tidy
- side shelf re-organise baking trays etc
- sweep/vacuum floor cupboard
- clean ironing board
- replace ironing board cover
- clean small steps
- clean all light switches
- clean all sockets
- clean all door handles
- get new outside doormat
- get bulb changed on outside light not sure about this - intermittently working!
- oil door lock
- get rubber seal repaired or replaced on front door
- open window and clean track & check locks in each room
- put up new washing line
- get all 3 wheelie bins cleaned
- get rid of old paint from shed
- get rid of old broken bin
- clean and cover garden chairs
- clean and cover garden table
- find screws to put legs on table
- get rid of boxes not needed
- declutter through ebay stuff in shed for me and for A
- sort out cones for fair
- clean garden tools
- box up tools etc that need to be kept
- bin any rubbish
- empty shed
- sweep/hoover/mop floor and get rid of squatters
- clean shed window
- get drainpipe repaired
- sort horrible smell
- get diaries up to date
- shred 2010 diary
- sort through make up
- sort through jewellery
- clean any jewellery needed
- put all jewellery in new jewellery box
- get rid of cards that are not useful for remaking.
- Get crack on bedroom wall looked at!
- get curtain made for door
- get garden parasol repaired or replaced

That is a HUGE list!!!!!!! I probably have one similar somewhere but I think I put it in a 'safe' place lol. I am barely managing to keep up with day to day stuff let alone all that! I have treated myself to an organised mum diary as they were on sale
and that has a list for each month so I will have no excuse
