No flying here yet as such...by the time I'd sorted out email, got my bag together for the job centre, then I walked there (saving £1.80 bus fare) only to get told I the woman I was supposed to see wasn't in  Finally got sorted and signed off
:j:jToday is my last day as a job seeker, tomorrow I officially start the self-employment (registering with tax man etc is tonight jobs) so thriftyness is going to have to move up the priority list and fast
What are you going to be doing Nicki?
I'm just having a cup of tea after getting DD from school. DS had a big tantrum on the way there on his balance bike, it wasn't pretty ! Managed to unrip the knitting successfully and will do some later but now going to declutter some of my typing work so I can invoice my boss tomorrow.

When I get started i'm unstoppable!! Have also done all washing and ironing...both baskets EMPTY!! Also done a pedicure to earn some extra pennies (trained beauty therapist and have a client that I still do every month...one of my mums best friends lol!!). Then tonight i'm waitressing as a favour to a friend....although i am getting paid so its in my favour too!! Very productive day. Tomorrow i expect i'll collapse!!:rotfl:If music be the food of love then play on"No matter what happens, or how bad it seems today, life does go on, and it will be better tomorrow". ღ ~Maya AngelouDoing it for my kids. I got DD in the shower, S+S'd the bathroom, put a load of clothes away, S+S'd the kitchen and put the hoover round downstairs.
Going gto have a look at some homework now (whether I do any is another thing!!), have a cuppa and will do some ironing in a bit.0 -
Finally managed to shift myself. It's not all done, but it's a good deal better.

So I'm calling it a day on the kitchen now, though I may think about wiping the fridge round on Thurs am before my Sainsbury's delivery, once it is very empty.
